A fiber body manufacturing apparatus includes: a material supply section that supplies a material containing a fiber; a defibrating section that defibrates the material supplied from the material supply section; a separation section that includes a rotating member, a suction portion, and a collection section, the rotating member having a first surface and a second surface that are in a front and back relationship, being at least partially composed of a mesh, and to which a defibrated material generated in the defibrating section is supplied onto the first surface, the suction portion being provided on a side of the second surface of the rotating member and sucking the defibrated material via the mesh to remove foreign matter, the collection section collecting the defibrated material from which the foreign matter on the first surface has been removed; an accumulation section that accumulates the defibrated material from which the foreign matter has been removed; a forming section that forms an accumulated material generated in the accumulation section; a thickness detection section that detects a thickness of a sheet formed by the forming section; and a controller that controls an operation of the separation section based on a detection result of the thickness detection section.

A method for treating process material using a plurality of autoclaves, wherein each of the plurality of autoclaves cycles through the following: introducing steam from one or more of the plurality of autoclaves into an interior of a vessel; increasing the temperature within the vessel by adding heat to the interior of the vessel using an indirect heat source; reducing the temperature and pressure within the vessel by flashing a portion of the steam within the interior of the vessel to another one of the plurality autoclaves; increasing the temperature within the vessel by continuing to add heat to the interior of the vessel using the indirect heat source; and reducing a moisture content of the process material in the interior of vessel to a predetermined value by venting a remaining portion of the steam to another one of the plurality of autoclaves.

A process for the production of particle board, MDF board or HDF board includes the step of recycling particle board material, MDF and/or HDF board material in which recycled chips and/or recycled wood fibers are produced. The process includes the step in which the particle board material, the MDF and/or HDF board material is wetted, heated and pressurized, such that this material is kept under pressure and at an elevated temperature for a certain time. Method for dissolving lignocellulosic biomass
A method of dissolving lignocellulosic biomass waste includes obtaining raw lignocellulosic biomass waste, reducing a size of the biomass waste to provide a biomass particle size of less than about 200 μm; using dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) solvents to dissolve the biomass particles and achieve a dissolved lignocellulose solution. The present method dissolves at least about 94% of the lignocellulose fraction in the waste biomass. In an embodiment, the biomass particle size can be about 180 μm.
LIQUID-ABSORBING RAW MATERIALS PROCESSING SYSTEM AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a liquid-absorbing raw material processing system and its operation method.
