Methods for the separation of baobab fibers
The present invention provides methods for obtaining Baobab fibers derived from Baobab trees. The methods include obtaining Baobab plant material, dewatering of the Baobab plant material, and subsequent separation of the dewatered Baobab plant material. The present invention allows a resource-saving separation of the fibers, for example, through a dewatering of the Baobab plant material. Baobab fibers obtained according to the methods of the present invention can be used for a variety of purposes, for instance, for producing chemical pulp, paper, paperboard, carton, special papers, fabrics and fiber-reinforced plastics.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SEPARATING PRINTING INK AND FIBER BY DRY-PROCESS MAGNETIC FORCE DIFFERENCE COUPLED VIBRATION
A method and device for separating a printing ink and a fiber by dry-process magnetic force difference coupled vibration. The device comprises a fiber crushing machine unit (1), a magnetic force difference coupled vibrator (2), an acceleration fan (3), a ballistic rebounding and resorbing device (4), a material settling and conveying pipe (5), and a cylindrical separator (6) which are sequentially connected by means of pipes. According to the method and the device, separation of printing inks and fibers in waste paper can be implemented by means of dry-process magnetic force difference coupled vibration, and recycling of waste paper products is implemented.
Wheat Straw Pulp, Preparation Method Therefor, Application Thereof and Method for Adjusting Degree of Substitution of CMC
A wheat straw pulp, a preparation method therefor, an application thereof, and a method for adjusting the degree of substitution of CMC. The preparation method for the wheat straw pulp comprises the following steps: using water as a medium, performing ultrasonic crushing on wheat straw, performing solid-liquid separation, and collecting the solid to obtain wheat straw pulp, the temperature of the ultrasonic crushing being 25-100 C. In the preparation method, by using water as a medium, wheat straw is dissociated into wheat straw fibers in water in a mild temperature condition by means of ultrasonic crushing accompanied by H2O2. The wheat straw pulp can be used for preparing CMC. By adjusting different technological conditions to adjust the properties of the wheat straw pulp, CMC having different degrees of substitution can be prepared.
