Filter segment with a light weight frame
A disc segment adapted to be attached to other disc segments to form a disc assembly, the disc segment being in the form of a frame, the frame comprising a left side rail and a right side rail, and a plurality of spaced apart parallel horizontally extending ribs, each disc side including a corrugated wire mesh supported by the frame ribs, the corrugated wire mesh including crisscrossing wire strands, the strands crossing perpendicularly to each other, and the wire strands extend at an angle of 45 degrees relative to its frame rib.

Screen Plate and Pulp Screening Machine
A screen plate for a pulp screening machine. On the side towards the rotor of the pulp screening machine, the screen plate has concave grooves. Except in the region of the grooves, an even gap is formed between the vane of the rotor and the surface of the screen plate, wherein the rotor vane front edge of the pulp screening machine is arranged at an angle to the grooves. Also, a pulp screening machine with the screen plate.

PROCESS FOR PRODUCING A NANOCELULLOSIC MATERIAL COMPRISING AT LEAST TWO STAGES OF DEFIBRILLATION OF CELLULOSIC FEEDSTOCK AND AT LEAST ONE INTERMEDIATE FRACTIONING STAGE
The present invention relates to a process for producing a nanocellulosic material based on the use of fractioning of cellulosic pulp stream from pre-treatment or mechanical defibrillation (partially refined/defibrillated pulp) in combination with stages of mechanical defibrillation, in which both the accept fraction and the reject fraction can be conveyed to stages of consistency adjustments so as to precede another distinct defibrillation stage. For example, if the accept is conveyed to a consistency adjustment preceding a second defibrillation stage while the reject is conveyed to the other independent stage of consistency adjustment to return to the first stage of mechanical defibrillation.

Separation device
A device for separating the constituents of a fluid medium includes an element for separating the constituents, helping to define, upstream and/or downstream from the separation element, a closed chamber, to which at least one conduit is connected. The conduit includes at least one activatable sealing device, the activation of which is capable of at least partially closing and opening the conduit. The device also includes a controller for the activation of the sealing device, controlling the closing and opening, at least partially, of the conduit cyclically, at a frequency greater than 0.008 Hz.

PULPER FOR CIRCULATING A FIBROUS STOCK SUSPENSION
A pulper for circulating a fibrous stock suspension. The pulper includes at least one screen, having a screen surface which is provided with screen openings, and over which a rotor passes. The rotor is formed by a rotor head, to which a plurality of rotor blades are attached on the outer circumference. The rotor circle of the screen, which is passed over by the rotor wings, includes a plurality of bar-shaped elevations. In the process, pulping is to be improved, while wear is to be minimized, in that the angle of intersection between the working edge of the rotor blades pointing in the direction of rotation and the shear edge of the elevations pointing counter to the direction of rotation does not decrease radially outwardly.
