RAIL TIE HANDLING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A rail tie handling system is provided that includes at least one chassis that either has self-propulsion or can be coupled to a vehicle having a propulsion system, or both. The handling system includes a conveyor segment, a bundler segment, and an unloader segment. The conveyor can receive rail ties and to provide them upon demand or request. The bundler can receive rail ties from the conveyor, to bundle the rail ties into a bundle, and to provide the bundle upon demand or request. The unloader can receive the bundle from the bundler and can unload that bundle from the handling system upon demand or request. The system includes a controller that can determine when and/or where to unload the bundle from the unloader.

Railroad Tie Handler
A hydraulically powered railroad tie handler can be attached to a crane on the rear of a truck which can travel either over rails or over pavement. The tie handler has seven hydraulic functions: clamping a main body to underlying rails, gripping a new or old railroad tie, stroking to move the gripped tie laterally under the rails, pivoting the stroker relative to the main body of the tie handler angle the stroker path relative to the main body, tilting of the gripper head relative to the stroker, pivoting the main body to change its angle with respect to the crane attachment plate; and lifting of the main body and clamped rails by pushing off ground between the rails. The stroker extends between two spaced plate portions of the main body.

Rail clamp with straight line tool
The present disclosure generally relates to a rail vehicle that includes a chassis and a rail clamp assembly coupled to the chassis. The rail clamp assembly includes a fixed central member and a pair of lugs each extending outwardly from opposing sides of the fixed central member. The rail clamp assembly further includes a pair of arms respectively coupled to the lugs to thereby provide respective pivot points to permit rotation of the arms about the pivot points. A pair of gripping tool assemblies are disposed at respective lower portions of the arms and are coupled to one another via a guide rod.

TRACK MOUNTING STRUCTURE
A track mounting structure includes: a linear motor coil, a linear motor magnet correspondingly provided with the linear motor coil, a first track, and a trolley; wherein, the cross-section of the trolley is U-shape, the internal of the U-shape forms a mounting cavity; the first track is provided inside the mounting cavity, two groups of upper rollers being axis crossing are provided between an upper surface of the first track and an upper surface of the mounting cavity. The disclosure moves the track beneath the linear motor coil, thus increasing the available space, which can be used to increase the size and load of the trolley, so as to achieve the purpose of changing the track form and strengthening the track structure.
TELESCOPIC MULTIFUNCTIONAL WORKING VEHICLE CAPABLE OF OPERATING IN BOTH DIRECTIONS AND EVACUATING TRANSVERSELY AND APPLICATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to the technical field of engineering technology equipment and methods, in particular to a telescopic multifunctional working vehicle capable of operating in both directions and evacuating transversely, and an application method thereof. The telescopic multifunctional working vehicle comprises a fixing and lifting mechanism and a transverse moving and lifting mechanism. The working vehicle is composed of a front vehicle body and a rear vehicle body, wherein the front vehicle body is connected with the rear vehicle body through a telescopic mechanism used for realizing the contraction and the expansion between the front vehicle body and the rear vehicle body. The working vehicle is further provided with a hanging system used for hanging and moving working devices. A rail clamping device is arranged at the bottom of the working vehicle.
