11466411 · 2022-10-11 · ·

A machine for track maintenance is manually displaceable on a track. The machine has a work module with a handle, a working tool powered by a drive and a machine frame configured to be guided on a rail of the track. The work module is detachably connected to an energy module and the energy module has an electrical energy store and output contacts. The output contacts are detachably connected to input contacts of the work module. The work module has as the drive an electric motor supplied with electrical energy from the energy store. This solution results in a high degree of overall efficiency because the energy available in the energy store serves for the largest part for covering performance peaks.

Method and device for lateral copying of a rail

The method according to the invention and a device suitable therefor are used for controlling various device units on a rail vehicle by means of lateral copying. By additionally using available information from the track channel (12), for example, of check rails (30) or wing or switch rails (31, 33), device units for machining and/or analyzing laid tracks (10) can more precisely follow the actual rail profile, in particular in the region of rail gaps or railroad crossings. The lateral copying of the rails (10) and the copying of the rest of the track channel (12) takes place with at least one dual-action or a plurality of single-action or dual-action scanning or sensor units (20).

PROCESSING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING A RAIL TRACK
20210180264 · 2021-06-17 ·

A processing machine for processing a rail track has a power supply unit for providing power and a processing unit which is able to be operated by the power provided by the power supply unit. The power supply unit and the processing unit are configured so as to be separate from one another. On account thereof, the processing unit is able to be operated in a spatially separated manner from the power supply unit, on account of which a user-friendly, flexible and safe processing of the rail track is enabled.

Maintenance vehicle and method

A maintenance vehicle has side walls for creating a work space, delimited by the same, for working personnel situated on a track. The side walls are arranged on a vehicle frame and configured to be distanced from one another in a transverse direction of the vehicle. For treatment of a track section situated within the work space, an industrial robot is arranged on the vehicle, having at least three motion axes, media couplings for energy supply as well as a tool coupling for selective connection to a track treatment tool.

Tunnel cleaning device

The invention relates to a cleaning device for the dry cleaning of a tunnel, comprising a feeding device for feeding a flow of air to a surface being cleaned, wherein the feeding device has an exit opening, through which the flow of air emerges from the feeding device, and a removal device comprising at least one removal pipe with a free end with an opening for suctioning away direct or trash from the surface with the opening of the free end in a first direction. The feeding device is arranged such that the flow of air from the exit opening emerges from the feeding device in a second direction toward the opening of the free end of the removal pipe and impinges on the surface. The first direction is oriented at an angle between 45 and 80 to the second direction.

Railway track maintenance trolley

A railway track trolley includes a pair of carriages and a workhead mounted to at least one of the pair of carriages. The carriage is adapted to locate on one of a pair of railway track whereas the other carriage locates on the other railway track. The carriages are interconnected via a coupling assembly to permit independent sliding of the carriages relative to one another. In operation, at least one of the carriages is moved along the corresponding railway track wherein its associated workhead is adapted to implement work at that railway track.

System, method and appartus for in-situ, dynamic repair of a railroad

A device for in-situ, dynamic repair of a railroad can include two connected machines. A first one of machines can be a track lifting unit that can clamp the rails of the railroad and lift the track in its entirety out of its track bed. The first machine also can plow ballast away from and/or toward the rails, and level the track bed for the rails before they are lowered. In addition, the track lifting unit can remove selected railroad ties. The second machine can include a power unit that can provide hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical power to both machines. The power unit also can provide track stabilization by settling ballast and can free debris from the railroad while it is raised.
