Tension clamp and fastening point for the fastening of a rail to the ground
11492763 · 2022-11-08 · ·

The invention relates to a tension clamp for the holding of a rail for rail vehicles and a rail fastening point. The tension clamp has a central section having two legs, two torsional sections connected thereto and leading away laterally in an outwards direction having a supporting zone, and two supporting arms connected to the torsional sections. The supporting arms run to the front face of the tension clamp and have a spring section and a support section with a supporting zone. The fact that the support sections point laterally in an outwards direction such that the straight lines which in each case connect the centers of the supporting zones and the torsional section allocated to the supporting arm in an area on the rear face of the tension element increases the natural frequencies of the tension clamp such that they are outside of stimulation frequencies that occur in practice.

EMBED FAÇADE ATTACHMENTS AND RELATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS

An embed facade attachment system comprises an inner channel and an outer channel. The inner channel is configured to receive one or more fasteners between an upper retaining flange and a lower retaining flange. The outer channel is defined between an upper outward flange and a lower outward flange and configured to receive one or more fasteners. One of the inner channel and the outer channel is coupled to a concrete reinforcement element and another of the inner channel and the outer channel is removably coupled to a facade element by the one or more fasteners. The facade attachment is embedded in concrete with at least the inner channel or the outer channel exposed to a surface of the concrete to allow coupling of the facade element.

Rail fastening apparatus

An elongated rail fastener apparatus for use near an obstacle such as a guard rail, or other location where space is restricted. The fastener preferably extends past the obstacle and is provided with a shoulder having at least one elevated notch, positioned to allow installation of the clip with a vertical and lateral movement, and without the application of a large force perpendicular to the rail. A U-shaped embodiment of the fastener is also described.

Boltless fastener assembly for heavy haul railway with axle load of 35-40 tons

A boltless fastener assembly for a heavy haul railway with an axle load of 35-40 tons includes a pre-embedded steel holder, an e-clip, an insulated gauge block and a rubber pad. A clamping leg-heel end of the e-clip is provided with an L-shaped retaining end. The pre-embedded steel holder is improved to adapt to the e-clip, and an opening is formed at a portion of the pre-embedded steel holder close to the clamping leg-heel end of the e-clip, so that the e-clip can be installed normally. During normal installation, the L-shaped retaining end of the e-clip does not contact the pre-embedded steel holder. When the rail undergoes large torsional deformation, the L-shaped retaining end on one side of a rail moves upward to contact an upper edge of the opening of the pre-embedded steel holder or engages with a second heel end.

Anchoring device for a railway rail fastening assembly

An anchoring device for use in retaining a railway rail fastening clip having first and second leg portions and a rail-bearing portion therebetween. The anchoring device includes a base member, an opening in the base member configured to receive a fastening component for fastening the anchoring device to an underlying foundation, and first and second clip-retaining sides extending from said base member with the first clip-retaining side being spaced apart from the second clip-retaining side so as to define a space therebetween for receiving the rail-bearing portion of the clip. Each clip-retaining side comprising upper and lower clip contact walls defining a passageway for receiving one of the leg portions, wherein the leg portions contact the clip contact walls of the respective clip-retaining sides as the clip moves from a wedged position towards an engaged position where the rail-bearing portion of the clip bears on the rail.

A modular fastening for track crossings includes a lower plate and a shoulder bonded by means of adhesive to each end The lower plate includes a central segment running between the shoulders on a face above the face for anchoring to the support surface. The fastening includes two plate assemblies, which can be mounted on the lower plate by means of two rail spikes going through the plate assembly and allowing the fixing of a rail. Each plate assembly includes an intermediate plate, the lower face containing a recess for the fitting thereof on the central segment of the lower plate, and the upper face containing a circular projection configured for fitting in a circular recess located on a lower face of an upper plate on which a rail can be supported, such that said upper plate can be oriented with respect to said intermediate plate.
