Soil processing machine
A soil processing machine includes a machine frame with two longitudinal beams substantially extending in the longitudinal direction of the machine and two transverse beams substantially extending transverse to the longitudinal beams. A soil-processing roller is supported in the longitudinal direction between the transverse beams on the longitudinal beams so that it can rotate about an axis of rotation of the roller. A coupling arrangement is provided on the machine frame for attaching the machine frame to a further machine frame of the soil-processing machine or to a further machine. A lifting/supporting arrangement is provided on the machine frame for lifting and/or supporting the machine frame in relation to the ground. One of the transverse beams is supported on the two longitudinal beams so that it can rotate about a swivel axis substantially parallel to an axis of rotation of the roller.
Boom attachment for a host vehicle
An attachment for a host vehicle includes an attachment plate configured to attach to the host vehicle and a boom coupled to the attachment plate by way of a pivot hinge and a lift hinge. A pivot actuator is coupled to the attachment plate and to the boom and configured to horizontally transition the boom about the pivot hinge, and a lift actuator is coupled to the attachment plate and to the boom and configured to vertically transition the boom about the lift hinge.

GROUND CONTOURING APPARATUS
An apparatus for contouring particulate material may include a frame and at least one drum rotatably mounted on the frame such that the drum rotates substantially freely with respect to the frame about a central longitudinal axis. The drum may have opposite inboard and outboard ends and an outer surface therebetween. At least one blade may extend about the drum and protrude outwardly from the outer surface of the drum, and the blade may have an outer edge with a radius measured from the central longitudinal axis in a plane oriented in perpendicular to the central longitudinal axis of the drum to the outer edge. The outer edge of the blade may have a helical shape and the radius of the outer edge may be less at the outboard end of the drum than the radius of the outer edge at the inboard end of the drum.

Articulating Rolling Compactor Attachment
A skid steer rolling compactor attachment may include a universal attachment plate configured to attach to the skid steer. A boom extending from the attachment plate may pivot about at least one articulating hinge attached to the boom. The boom may be configured to move a roller to compact a ground surface as the skid steer travels in a forward direction. In order to prevent roll-overs on uneven surfaces, the skid steer may be operated on a level surface and articulate the boom such that the roller contacts the ground parallel to the direction of travel. The skid steer may then compact inclined surfaces while travelling on level surfaces thus improving worker safety.
METHOD FOR COMPACTING ASPHALT MATERIAL
A method for compacting asphalt material (A) by means of at least one soil compactor (10) having at least one compactor roller with a motion generation arrangement assigned to the same, comprising the measures: a) detection of an asphalt temperature of the asphalt material (A) to be compacted, b) static compaction of the asphalt material (A) with a deactivated motion generation arrangement of the at least one compactor roller, if the asphalt temperature lies above an upper threshold temperature (O), c) static compaction of the asphalt material (A) with a deactivated motion generation arrangement of the at least one compactor roller, if the asphalt temperature lies below a lower threshold temperature (U),
wherein the upper threshold temperature (O) and/or the lower threshold temperature (U) is/are set depending on at least one surroundings parameter (T) influencing the cooling behavior of the asphalt material to be compacted.
