Warning device, warning system for detecting water level in drainage well

A warning device for detecting water level in drainage well includes at least one level sensor and a transceiver. The level sensor includes an antenna and a first processing unit connected to the antenna. The first processing unit controls the antenna to transmit a signal to the transceiver as to increased fluid levels. The transceiver includes a first communication module and a second processing unit, the first communication module receives the signal and the second processing unit obtains the signal from the first communication module and determines the location of the level sensor and its urgency according to whether the signal decays or disappears because of inundation by drainage fluid. The second processing unit further sends information of the target level sensor to a terminal device.

A wick drain shoe assembly adapted to be connected to a free end of a length of wick drain material and driven by a mandrel of a wick drain insertion system comprises a base portion, an extension portion secured to the base portion, and a wick drain shoe gasket. The wick drain material is connected to the wick drain shoe by securing the free end to the extension portion. The base portion is sized and dimensioned to engage the mandrel such that displacement of the mandrel in a first direction causes displacement of the wick drain shoe in the first direction. The wick drain shoe gasket is arranged between the mandrel and the base portion.

A water catchment and lawn edging system includes a cap, a channeled drain fixture, and at least one base clip. The base clip, which connects the system to the ground surface, is connected to a bottom end of the channeled drain fixture. Depending upon the length or the profile of the channeled drain fixture, the system can utilize a single base clip or a plurality of base clips to properly support the system. The cap is continuously connected along the channeled drain fixture from a top end of the channeled drain fixture. The cap may include a plurality of drain openings to provide additional drainage for the system. Collectively, the cap, the channeled drain fixture, and the base clip function as a water catchment and lawn edging system so that surface and ground water can be drained and filtered away from a collecting area and discharged into an outfall.
