A stackable growth media filled porous fabric block-shaped container includes either an internal seed carrier to facilitate the growth of various plants from within the block, or an outer three-dimensional open structure media retention sleeve to support external growth of vegetation via hydromulching into the sleeve. A plurality of the containers may be stacked or laid side by side to create a vegetated retaining wall or a vegetated slope facing. The porous fabric block-shaped containers are filled with growth medium that encourages plant growth, while allowing proper drainage and moisture retention. The seed carrier is a degradable or porous material coated with or supporting seeds and other amendments which facilitate plant growth. The open structure media retention sleeve includes loops of filaments to increase friction between blocks and to hold hydromulch on exposed surfaces.

The elongate rod is received in a channel of a plurality of sockets disposed in a spaced apart relation along an adjacent edge of the plurality of panels. The plurality of sockets may be arranged in a hinge type configuration. A top panel is supported by the plurality of side panels when joined. A locking mechanism secures the top panel to at least one of the plurality of side panels. The side panels may be secured to a ground or wall surface to surround the equipment to be repaired or serviced by a technician.

A first partitioning nonwoven fabric along inner surfaces of the upwardly bent portions of the first partition wire meshes covers the upwardly bent portions of the first partition wire meshes. A mixture of soil and seeds is spread at high pressure to fill the inside of the outer wire mesh divided into a plurality of spaces.

The surface drainage mechanism includes one or more catchment canals arranged on an upper surface of the filling soil stratum and a pool arranged on an edge of the filling soil stratum. The shallow drainage mechanism includes one or more first collecting pipes. The deep drainage mechanism includes one or more drainage gabions and one or more second collecting pipes.
