Land anchor
A land anchor is disclosed for pulling an immobilized vehicle out of the mud or snow. The land anchor includes a pull bar which is reversibly connectable or linkable to a bucket by passing the pull bar through a slot in the bucket. The bucket portion of the anchor includes a blade which can be driven into the ground and then removed from the ground once the vehicle has been freed. A connecting end of the pull bar engages the bucket and prevents the pull bar from passing completely through the slot, and can include lateral wings for added strength. The land anchor can be positioned, anchored, and operated by a single person with assistance from a winch and cable assembly to move the immobilized vehicle to a solid area of ground.
EMBANKMENT WALL STRUCTURE OF MONOLITHIC FACING PANELS, CHANGER PANELS, STANDARD FACING PANELS AND SAID PANELS THEREOF
The present invention provides an embankment wall structure (1000) comprising a plurality of facing panels (100) extending upwardly from a support surface and adapted to be stacked alongside in a horizontal as well as vertical direction. The plurality of facing panels (100) includes a plurality of monolithic facing panels (120), a plurality of first changer panels (140), a plurality of second changer panels (160), and a plurality of standard facing panels (180). Each monolithic facing panel (120) is stacked side by side with each first changer panel (140) at a desired stretch, and each second changer panel (160) is stacked adjacent to one monolithic facing panel (120) and opposite to one first changer panel (140), at a desired position in a top layer (200) of the wall (1000). Further, each of the uppermost standard facing panels (180) is in contact with either of the panels or combinations thereof.
Bio-inspired deep foundation pile and anchorage system
An expanding anchor and/or pile system wherein an outer shell of the pile/anchor is split lengthwise into at least two pieces and can be placed or driven into a hole in the earth in a retracted state and can subsequently be expanded such that the two or more pieces are forced outwardly—away from one another, thus causing them to exert a lateral force against the sides of the hole and thereby resulting in greater axial load carrying capacity in tension or compression of the anchor/pile.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PREFABRICATED STEEL FOUNDATIONS TO BE PLACED BY DRIVING
The present invention relates to a method and a system for making prefabricated foundations ready to be driven into the ground, these foundations have the fundamental characteristic of increasing the size of the reacting pressure “bulb” in the ground compared to the currently known fixed foundations, in fact, compared to a traditional foundation fixed in the ground, in which the area of the foundation section is constant, the present invention allows to increase this area by increasing it during the insertion of the foundation itself.
EXPANDING FOUNDATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
A foundation system for supporting a structure may include a main post, a racking post, and a barb assembly. The main post may include an upper section and a lower section below the upper section. The racking post may be telescopically connected to the upper section of the main post. The barb assembly may be connected to the lower section of the main post. The barb assembly may be configured to move from an unexpanded state to an expanded state, thereby forming a wedge shape at a lower section of the main post.
GROUND ANCHORING APPARATUS AND METHOD
Various implementations include a ground anchoring apparatus including a longitudinal body, first and second retaining members, and a set of expanding linkage assemblies. The first retaining member is rigidly coupled to the longitudinal body. The second retaining member is movably coupled to the longitudinal body. Each expanding linkage assembly includes first and second linkage members. The first linkage member has first and second portions, and the second linkage member has third and fourth portions. The first portion is rotatably coupled to the first retaining member. The fourth portion is rotatably coupled to the second retaining member. The third portion is rotatably coupled to the second portion. The set of expanding linkage assemblies is movable between a collapsed and expanded configuration. The second retaining member is closer to the first retaining member and the third portion is further from the central axis in the expanded configuration than in the collapsed configuration.
Portable mechanically assembled ground fixation stake device
The portable mechanically assembled ground fixation stake device is applied to the engineering of treating land earthwork, water-based desilting, excavating materials, moving, land, underwater heavy objects, civil engineering, harbor, river, lake construction and the like, and is characterized in that the whole device is fixed only by the action of the working tensile force itself. The whole device has six stake columns 2a, 2b, 4a,4b, 9, 1) arranged on the ground, wherein four constituent brackets (2a, 2b, 4a, 4b) are supported on the ground. The top ends of the four supports are mounted on the shaft (6), and a cuboid rigid block (15) is mounted in the middle of the shaft (6). When the system is subjected to pulling force, the cuboid rigid block (15) rotates around the central shaft (6), and due to the opposite movement direction of the two end points of the cuboid rigid block (6), the tension conversion direction of the system forms an inclined downward pressure, so that the protective stake (9) is subjected to pressure at the same time from the pressure rod (7), and due to the fact that the tensile force and the pressure are synchronized, the greater the tension force is also increased, so that the whole device achieves the effect of fixing the stake. The device is light in weight and convenient to carry, and can be mounted and disassembled anywhere.
FOUNDATION ANCHOR APPARATUS PROVIDING BOTH EASY FIXING AND INCREASED FIXING FORCE FOR POST
An anchor foundation mechanism includes: a vertical cylindrical tubular body formed to be inserted into the ground and having a receiving space therein; a cover part fixed to the bottom of the body by bolts and configured to be easily inserted into the ground; a support integrally formed with the top of the body and having a plurality of through-holes and an installation fixing bolt flange so as to allow the support to be fixed to a facility post after being exposed on the ground; and an anchor assembly formed in the receiving space of the body and having anchor pins for driving the body deeply into the ground and then tightly fixing the body so as to support a load and prevent rotation, and prevent forced pulling out.
ANCHOR SYSTEM
An anchor system (10) comprises an anchor (16) and a tendon arrangement (18). The anchor (16) has an attaching formation (22) to attach the tendon arrangement (18) to the anchor (16). The tendon arrangement (18) extends from the attaching formation (22) as first and second passes (28, 30) of the tendon arrangement (18). The tendon arrangement (18) has opposite first and second end portions (24A, 26A). The system further includes a joining arrangement (32, 34) to join the first and second end portions (24A, 26A) to each other. The tendon arrangement (18) comprises a looped region (36) through which a securing article (38) can extend. The tendon arrangement (18) extends from the attaching formation (22) to the looped region (36).
Land Anchor Device
A land anchor device for securing a boat to the shore using a pair of deployable plates includes a tube having a top surface. The tube has an interior that defines a space where a variety of elements can be positioned within. The end of a tube is a spear that impales into the ground. A drive is positioned on the top surface of the tube. A lead screw is connected to the driver where the driver rotates the lead screw when in use. A plurality of lead nuts is enwrapped on the lead screw and move along an axis of the lead screw. A pair of arms is coupled to a lead screw and move into a perpendicular position for securing a rope around. A pair of plates is positioned near the spear and helps stabilize the tube within the ground.
