The shaft is positioned between the first end and the second end of the boom and transverse to the boom, and the shaft includes at least one pinion gear. The elongated member includes a first end and a second end. The attachment is coupled to the first end of the elongated member and is configured to be coupled to the hoist rope. The drive link includes a rack engaging the pinion gear of the transverse shaft such that rotation of the pinion gear moves the drive link and actuates the attachment.
COMBINATION OF UNITS FOR WORK MACHINE
A combination of a first unit and a second unit are to be rotatably interconnected through a pin. The first unit includes a first unit body provided with a first pin hole, a first contact member, and a fastening member. The first contact member has a first contact surface. The second unit includes a second unit body provided with a second pin hole, and a second contact surface. The second contact surface is contactable with the first contact surface. The fastening member fastens the first contact member to the first unit body so as to allow the relative position of the first contact member to the first unit body to be adjusted.
CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A working mechanism (8) includes a lower boom (9), an upper boom (10), a middle arm (11), an arm (12), a working tool (13), a working tool cylinder (22), and a link (16). The working tool cylinder (22) is disposed on a lower surface (12B) side of the arm (12), and a cylinder guard (23) is fixed on a first link (17) of the link (16). The cylinder guard (23) is rotationally displaced in synchronization with an expanding or contracting operation of the working tool cylinder (22) and is interposed between the working tool (13) and the working tool cylinder (22) to protect the working tool cylinder (22).
WORK MACHINE
A work machine (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) having precisely one main vehicle axle (3), wheel elements (4.1, 4.2) arranged on the main vehicle axle (3) on both sides, and a working unit (2) or a holder (9) for a working unit. The working unit (2) is arranged on a vehicle frame (12) by means of at least one pivot arm (6, 6.1, 6.2) with at least one rotatably mounted working arm (7, 7.1, 7.2). The work machine (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) also includes at least one displaceable weight (5, 5.1, 5,2), which is arranged on the vehicle frame (12) by means of at least one rod system (11, 11.1, 11.2), wherein an exclusive movement channel (16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 16.4, 16.5, 16.6, 16.7, 16.8, 16.9, 16.10) along the vehicle longitudinal axis (14) is assigned to each of the displaceable weight(s) (5, 5.1, 5.2), the rod system(s) (11, 11.1, 11.2) and the pivot arms (6, 6.1, 6.2) with the working arms (7, 7.1, 7.2).
LINKAGE FOR ARM ASSEMBLY WITH REDUCED WELD FATIGUE
A work machine includes a frame, a traction system supporting the frame, an arm assembly having a first end and a second end, the first end connected to the frame, an implement connected to the second end, and a linkage connecting the implement to the second end of the arm assembly. The linkage includes a pin-supporting section configured to accept a pin and a linking section attached to the pin-supporting section by a weld. The linking section includes a recess proximate to the weld.
Coupler assembly for coupling an arm to a work tool
A coupler assembly for detachably coupling an arm to a work tool. The coupler assembly comprises a first linkage having an idle link and a power link, a first pin provided on the arm, and a second pin provided on the power link. The first and second pins are receivable in openings on the work tool. The coupling assembly is characterized by a second linkage provided between the first and second pins comprising a first link and a second link joined at a shaft. The first link is fixed to the shaft to prevent rotation therebetween. A portion of the shaft comprises a gear. The second link comprises a body mounted on the shaft so as to be rotatable thereabout, the body comprising a chamber in which a piston is received, the piston including a geared section that is meshed with the gear.
Work attachment and work machine including the same
A work attachment is capable of performing work at a high place while restricting the driving force required to lift the work attachment from its fallen posture in a folded state. The work attachment includes a main boom, a first insert boom and a second insert boom to be selectively used, an intermediate boom, an arm, and a distal working device. The intermediate boom has bendable first and second joints. The second insert boom has a fixed shape. The first insert boom is bent to project upward at a middle joint in the fallen posture, thereby making the center of gravity of the work attachment closer to a boom rotation center axis.
Machine with a boom assembly
An excavator machine includes an undercarriage assembly including a drive assembly, and a carriage assembly rotatably coupled to the undercarriage assembly and including an operator cab positioned at a front of the carriage assembly. The excavator machine also includes a boom assembly. The boom assembly is coupled to the carriage assembly via two branches, and the branches are coupled to the carriage assembly on opposing sides of the operator cab.
Multi-backhoe linkage mechanism
A multi-backhoe linkage mechanism, operable for rotating an output link around an output axis of rotation of an output joint at a base, includes a first closed kinematic chain, including the output link, a connecting link, and an input link. The output link is connected via the output joint to the base and via a connecting joint to the connecting link. The connecting link is connected via a bridging joint to the input link. The first closed kinematic chain additionally includes a base link connected to the base and to the input link. One or more additional closed kinematic chains are connected in a series after the first closed kinematic chain. Each additional closed kinematic chain is connected to the previous closed kinematic chain such that actuation of the additional closed kinematic chain amplifies the angle of rotation of the output link around the output axis of rotation.
