Electrohydraulic implement control system and method
A work machine includes a mainframe, a boom moveable relative to the mainframe, a work implement coupled to and moveable relative to the boom. The work machine further includes a work-implement operator control configured to transmit a signal indicative of a work-implement movement command, a boom operator control configured to transmit a signal indicative of a boom movement command, and a boom sensor configured to detect a movement of the boom and transmit a signal indicative of the detected movement of the boom. The work implement further includes a controller configured to receive signals from the work-implement operator control, the boom operator control, and the boom sensor. The controller is further configured transmit a signal to cause movement the work implement relative to the boom based on the detected movement of the boom and the work-implement movement command.
TRACK ASSEMBLY FOR POWER MACHINE
A power machine configured as a mini-loader includes a mini-loader frame defining a front end opposite a rear end and a first side opposite a second side, at least one first-side motor supported by the first side of the frame, at least one second-side motor supported by the second side of the frame, and four endless track pods. The four endless track pods include a first endless track pod and a second endless track pod supported by the first side of the frame, and a third endless track pod and a fourth endless track pod supported by the second side of the frame. The endless tracks of the first and second endless track pods are powered by the at least one first-side motor and the endless tracks of the third and fourth endless track pods are powered by the at least one second-side motor to propel the power machine.
PROTECTIVE BRACKET FOR LOADER HOSE LINES
A hose guard for a skid loader attachment includes an axial elongate rigid enclosure defining a central cavity, the elongate rigid enclosure having an opening at a first end and an opening at a second end. A first attachment means at the first end of the elongate rigid enclosure is configured to secure the first end of the elongate rigid enclosure to the skid loader. A second attachment means at the second end of the elongate rigid enclosure is configured to secure the second end of the elongate rigid enclosure to the skid loader whereby the elongate rigid enclosure is readily attachable and removable from the skid loader facilitating removing and exchanging different skid loader attachments, and the elongate rigid enclosure has limited freedom of motion during operation of the skid loader and attachment.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine includes: a machine body provided thereon with a traveling pump and a traveling motor; a traveling change-over valve shiftable between a first state where a rotation speed of the traveling motor is set to a first speed and a second state where the rotation speed is set to a second speed; an actuation valve operable to control a flow of operation fluid to an operation valve that changes a pressure of operation fluid to be applied to the traveling pump according to operation of an operation member; and a controller to perform a shock-mitigation control for reducing an opening degree of the actuation valve when the traveling change-over valve is shifted from the first state to the second state. The controller determines a reduction amount of the opening degree of the actuation valve reduced by the shock-mitigation control, based on a straight-traveling degree of the machine body.
Article handler
An article handler for attachment to a front end loader, the article handler comprising a support body and a jaw assembly, the support body comprising a proximal end adapted for attachment to the front end loader, and a distal end adapted for attachment of the jaw assembly. The article handler may be adapted to handle, install, and dismount ground engaging tools (GET), such as teeth for excavating buckets.
Vertical lift loader arms for compact utility loader
A compact utility loader compact utility loader comprising a frame, and a loader arm configured to support an attachment. The compact utility loader additionally comprises a first link pivotably secured to the frame, a second link pivotably secured to the frame, and an actuator configured to raise and lower the loader arm. The actuator is not simultaneously secured to both the frame and the loader arm.
Compact utility loader
A compact utility loader compact utility loader comprising a frame including a lower portion and an upper portion. A width of the lower portion is smaller than a width of the upper portion. The compact utility loader additionally comprises a first track and a second track, with each track being positioned on a side of the frame. Each of the tracks has a width of at least 7.5 inches, and the compact utility loader has an overall width of no more than 36 inches.
SELF-PROPELLED INDUSTRIAL VEHICLE, DEVICE, OR ATTACHMENT WITH WORK OPTIMIZING CONTROLLER, METHOD OF OPERATION, AND CONTROLLER
A method, an apparatus, an attachment, a kit for an attachment, a vehicle and a controller for controlling the velocity of a processing machine or attachment so as to maximize the efficiency of a working tool in processing material. A vehicle or machine or industrial device frame having one or more power system providing power to an attachment processing machine. With one or more sensors sensing an input representing at least the power provided the attachment. An at least one controller adapted to calculate the work done at the attachment based on the power provided the attachment and maintaining the power to a stored or programmed efficient target value based in part on the adjustment of the feed rate of the work piece or work surface to the attachment or similar input or inputs.
Loader frame
Power machine frames for power machines such as skid steer loaders that include features for aiding in the manufacture of the power machines, providing space saving advantages in the design of the power machine, and/or providing performance advantages for the power machine.
SELF-LEVELING LIFT ARM ASSEMBLY FOR POWER MACHINES
A lift arm assembly for a power machine can include a lift arm, an implement carrier, a lift cylinder that raises or lowers the lift arm, a leveling link, a tilt cylinder that causes the implement carrier to pivot relative to the lift arm, and an isolated hydraulic circuit. The isolated hydraulic circuit can include a follower cylinder that is mechanically synchronized with the lift cylinder, a leveling cylinder that can be pivotally secured to the leveling link and to the lift arm, a first conduit that can provide hydraulic flow between base ends of the follower and leveling cylinders, and a second conduit that can provide hydraulic flow between rod ends of the follower and leveling cylinders. Movement of the follower and leveling cylinders can be hydraulically synchronized by flow through the first and second conduits.
