In current practice these are used for preparing, levelling, and contouring the ground. Such device includes at least an accessory body portion supporting a ground modifying accessory or includes a way to attach the same. The apparatus includes a travelling carriage assembly pivotably attached by a carriage pivot, about a rotational axis substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the apparatus. The carriage pivot is positioned lower than the center of gravity of the travelling carriage assembly.
Wide-Scale Single-Pass Road Grader Implement with Deployable/Stowable Blade-Carrying Frame Sections and On-Board Dust Suppression System
A grading implement features a frame with at least one movable section carried by a main frame section. Each movable section is movable relative thereto between a storage position and a working position reaching further laterally outward from the main section to increase a working width of the implement. An underside of each movable section features a respective blade adjustably mounted thereto for selective adjustment between different relative blade positions relative to the movable section. One embodiment features outboard blades on two movable sections, inboard blades on another two movable sections, and a rear blade mounted centrally on the main section behind the inboard and outboard blades. A dust suppression system features spray nozzles distributed across the main frame section behind the blades, and storage tanks mounted atop the main section so that weight of the dust suppression agent provides extra downforce to the blades.
Blade levelling apparatus and mounting system
A levelling apparatus, typically as used on tractors, excavators and skid-steer vehicles includes a blade body portion and body mounting portion connected by an arrangement of fixed and adjustable linkages, preferably hydraulic, to allow movement of the blade body portion (relative to the body mounting portion) in substantially an up and down direction, as well as rotational movement about an axis perpendicular to the general plane of an attached blade.
Method of Controlling Turf Grading Equipment
An improved system and method for controlling turf grading equipment is described. The system comprises a turf grading device wherein the turf grading device is moved longitudinally over an area and the turf grading device comprises a left side and a right side with each side being able to independently move vertically and in concert provide a motion of pitch and yaw. The system includes a control system wherein the control system controls movement of the left side and the right side independently. The control system comprises a controller interface capable of selecting between a manual override mode and a module selection mode wherein the module selection mode selected from a grade adjust laser mode, a grade adjust autograde mode, a grade adjust autodepth mode and a grade adjust slope mode
Towable Attachment Leveling Assembly
A towable attachment leveling apparatus, typically used on tractors, skid-steer, and other vehicles, with ability to independently vary the inclination of each side of an attachment, such as a turf box, about a centerline axis running substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of travel during use, as well as adjust the vertical elevation of the attachment and allow for additional adjustments to the pitch and/or yaw of the attachment.
Land Leveler Implement with Bottom-Finned Working Blade
A towable implement features a frame, a pull tongue extending longitudinally forward thereof for towed conveyance of the frame over underlying ground, and a working blade lying transversely of the longitudinal direction, said blade being operable to engaged the underlying ground to perform a working operation thereon. The blade is selectively tiltable about a roll axis to adjust an angular position of the blade relative to the underlying ground to enable performance of different working operations thereon. A series of rigid fins are distributed discretely along a width of the blade in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction, and each rigid fin protrudes downwardly beyond a reference plane occupied by the lower working edge of the blade. In the working state of the blade, at least one of said rigid fins engages said underlying ground in penetrating fashion to perform a rudder-like action helping maintain a straight travel direction of the implement.
Towed Earth Moving Implement with Fixed-Winged Pitch-Adjustable Blade Assembly
A towed earth moving implement features a longitudinal pull tongue, a winged blade assembly with a transverse center blade and a pair of angled outer wing blades, and a wheeled frame on which the blade assembly is carried. A pivotal blade-pitch between the pull tongue and the blade assembly defines a transverse blade pitch axis about which the blade is adjustable in pitch-angle relative to the pull tongue. In a pitch-neutral position, working edges of the wing blades reside in a same horizontal working plane as a working edge of the center blade, for ground leveling purposes. In an upwardly pitched position, the working edges of the wing blades reside in forwardly inclined relation to the horizontal working plane, for ditching purposes. In a downwardly-pitched position, the working edges of the wing blades reside in forwardly declined relation to the horizontal reference plane, for crowning purposes.
GRADER AND SLOPE SCRAPING CONTROL METHOD AND DEVICE THEREOF
A grader and slope scraping control method and device include a grader having a front frame; a blade mounted on the front frame, an attitude of the blade is adjustable; an actuator for adjusting the attitude of the blade; a first angle detecting member for detecting a first inclination angle in a front and rear direction of the grader relative to a horizontal plane and a second inclination angle in a left and right direction relative to a horizontal plane; a blade detecting member for detecting attitude information of the blade relative to the front frame; and a controller, for obtaining an actual slope angle based on the first inclination angle, second inclination angle and attitude information, and make the actuator adjust attitude of the blade to a target slope angle when the actual slope angle is inconsistent with the preset target slope angle.
ROAD GRADER ATTACHMENT FOR A SKID STEER
In accordance with the present disclosure, a motor grader attachment for a skid steer work machine is disclosed. The attachment may comprise of a chassis, a plurality of traction devices, a motor grade circle, a grader blade, an articulation joint, and an attachment hydraulic control valve coupled to the chassis. The motor grade circle may be coupled to the chassis and positioned between the front traction device and the work machine. The grader blade may coupled to the motor grade circle for rotation about a blade axis. The articulation joint to the chassis at a rear end of chassis may permit pivotal articulation of the chassis about the ball joint at the rearward end relative to a skid steer frame. The attachment hydraulic control valve may be coupled to the chassis, and meter flow of hydraulic fluid from an auxiliary port located on the skid steer to the hydraulic circuit.
Earth Working Implement
An earth working implement has a main frame, a main blade supported on the main frame transversely to the forward direction, and two wing blades pivotally supported at opposing ends of the main blade for movement between forward and rearward projecting orientations. A tilt actuator controls angular orientation of the main blade relative to the main frame about a lateral axis. Two rear wheels support the rear end of the frame for rolling along the ground. A hitch arm extends forwardly from a pivotal connection of the main frame for connection to a towing vehicle so as to vary in angular orientation relative to the main frame independently of the main blade. Furrow openers in a laterally spaced apart row are movable relative to the main frame between a working position protruding below the cutting edge of the main blade and a raised storage position.
