Shovel
A shovel includes a lower traveling body, an upper turning body turnably attached to the lower traveling body, a boom pivotably attached to the upper turning body, an arm pivotably attached to the boom, an engine mounted on the upper turning body, a hydraulic pump mounted on the upper turning body, a fuel tank mounted on the upper turning body, a work walkway provided on an upper surface of the fuel tank for the movement of a worker, and a rollover valve provided at the top of the fuel tank at a position different from the work walkway.
VALVE SYSTEMS AND METHOD FOR ENHANCED GRADING CONTROL
A valve system, including first, second, third and fourth ports, a first flow path connecting the first and second ports, a second flow path connecting the third and fourth ports, with valves connected in the first and second flow paths, and energizable to block the same. A third flow path connects the first and second ports and a fourth flow path connects the third and fourth ports. The third and fourth flow paths are more restricted than the respective first and second flow paths. A fifth flow path connects the first and fourth ports and a sixth flow path connects the second and third ports. When the third and fourth flow paths are open, the first, second, fifth, and sixth flow paths are blocked. When the first and second flow paths are open, the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth flow paths are blocked. When the fifth and sixth flow paths are open, the first, second, third, and fourth, flow paths are blocked.
Motor grader implement valve layout for narrow front cab
An implement valve layout associated with a machine, such as a motor grader, is provided to perform control and actuation of valves associated with a hydraulic valve block. The implement valve layout may include a control lever system having linkages and bell cranks for actuating valves of the hydraulic valve block located below a floor of the narrow front cab. An auxiliary implement valve layout may provide a second control lever system including linkages that actuate additional valves associated with the hydraulic valve block.
Apparatus and method for enhanced grading control
A method of operating a digging machine, including damping the response of a boom hydraulic cylinder operationally connected to a boom arm and actuating a bucket hydraulic cylinder operationally connected to a bucket.
Construction Machine
A construction machine includes a cooling fan (10) and a shroud (11). The cooling fan (10) sends air drawn in via a radiator (30) to an engine. The shroud (11) is disposed on an outer peripheral side of the cooling fan and forms a passage for air to be drawn in via the radiator. The construction machine includes a tank (12) and a cover (14B). The tank (12) is disposed superior to an upper end portion of the radiator and stores cooling water to be supplied to the radiator and the engine. The cover (14B) is disposed openably in an opening (14A) formed in a top surface plate (11B) of the shroud. The tank (12) is disposed at a position adjacent to the shroud (11) on a side closer to the engine side than the cover (14B) is.
VALVE ARRANGEMENT STRUCTURE OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A solenoid valve is supported by a supporting bracket at a position above a control valve. An erected section of the supporting bracket is arranged at a position separated from the control valve in a horizontal direction so as not to overlap with a hydraulic port in the control valve in a side view. A plurality of pilot pipes connected to the solenoid valve are held by a guide section in a bundled state so that the pilot pipes are routed in a vertical direction along the erected section.
CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
Provided is a construction machine with which it is possible to shorten a duct for an air conditioning device disposed in a driver's cab, and to secure space for disposing a hydraulic hose, a control valve and the like under the floor of the driver's cab. A hydraulic excavator 1 is provided with a cabin 6 covering an maneuvering unit 5, a turning frame 7 on which the cabin 6 is mounted, and an air conditioning device 8 for air conditioning the inside of the cabin 6, wherein: the turning frame 7 includes a cabin installation portion 7a in which the cabin 6 is installed; the cabin installation portion 7a includes a box-shaped right frame 72d having a first opening portion 731 and a second opening portion 732 that communicate with one another, and an air conditioned air discharge opening of the air conditioning device 8 communicates with the first opening portion 731.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine includes a machine body, a traveling device travelably supporting the machine body, a hydraulic driving device to hydraulically drive the traveling device, a floor frame supported on the machine body via a mounting member, a pedal operable to brake the traveling device, the inching valve to change a flow rate of hydraulic fluid supplied to the hydraulic driving device according to operation of the pedal, and a cable operably connecting the pedal to the inching valve. The pedal and the inching valve are attached to the floor frame.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine includes: a machine body; an operator's seat; an operation device to pivot on a pivot shaft that extends in a width direction; and a working device to be operated using the operation device. The operation device includes an operation lever and a control valve to be operated using the operation lever and connected to hydraulic hoses. The control valve includes a valve member to be actuated by operating the operation lever, and a block containing fluid passages through which fluid selectively flows upon actuation of the valve member. The fluid passages bend such that first ports in an upper surface of the block facing the valve member and second ports in a peripheral surface extending from a periphery of the upper surface are in communication with each other. The hydraulic hoses are connected to the second ports and extend in a direction away from the peripheral surface.
System for routing fluid in fluid systems of machines
A system for routing fluid in a fluid system of a machine includes one or more hoses and one or more clamping arrangements. The hoses are adapted to extend from a main control valve, pass through a frame portion of the machine, and reach up to an end of a fluid cylinder to route fluid between the main control valve and the fluid cylinder and actuate the fluid cylinder. An actuation of the fluid cylinder powers a movement of an implement of the machine. The clamping arrangements are adapted to secure corresponding portions of the one or more hoses to corresponding locations on the frame portion of the machine. One clamping arrangement is interchangeable with another clamping arrangement to secure a corresponding portion of any hose of the one or more hoses to a corresponding location on the frame portion of the machine.
