Speed control for a mobile machine
A mobile machine includes an internal combustion engine operatively connected to a plurality of propulsion devices for travel over a work surface. The mobile machine can include an electronic controller that receives condition data signals indicative of the operating state or condition of the mobile machine from a plurality of condition input sensors. The electronic controller compares the condition data signals with condition threshold to determine whether to operate the internal combustion engine in accordance with rated engine speed range or an adjusted engine speed range.
CONTROL SYSTEM FOR WORK VEHICLE, CONTROL METHOD, AND WORK VEHICLE
A control system for a work vehicle includes an acceleration detection device and a controller. The acceleration detection device detects an acceleration of the work vehicle. The controller determines whether the acceleration is greater than a first threshold and reduces the a vehicle speed when the acceleration continues to be equal to or greater than the first threshold over a predetermined first determination time period.
SHOVEL
A shovel enabled to set an engine revolution speed to revolution speeds including a revolution speed for a running operation and a revolution speed for an idling running operation that is lower than the revolution speed for the running operation includes an engine provided as a driving source of the shovel, an operating part configured to be driven by a driving force of the engine, an operation component configured to operate the operating part, a detecting device configured to detect a position of a movable portion of an operator and a position of the operation component, an operation determining part configured to determine a positional relationship between the movable portion and the operation component, and a control part configured to set the engine revolution speed of the engine based on the positional relationship between the movable portion and the operation component that is determined by the operation determining part.
Vehicles with control systems to perform various functions based on payload weight and methods of operating the same
Vehicles and methods of operating vehicles are disclosed herein. A vehicle includes a main frame, a work implement, and a control system. The work implement is supported by the main frame and configured to carry a payload in use of the vehicle. The control system is supported by the main frame and configured to control operation of the vehicle. The control system includes a payload measurement system configured to provide payload input indicative of a variable payload carried by the work implement in use of the vehicle and a controller coupled to the payload measurement system.
Wheel loader
A wheel loader configured to reduce the traveling distance required for a raise and run operation, and reduce fuel consumption includes: an engine 3; a torque converter 41; a forward and reverse switch 62; a stepping amount sensor 610; an operation amount sensor 73; and a controller 5. The controller 5 determines whether a specific condition for specifying an operation of the lift arm 21 in an upper direction during forward travel of the vehicle body, on the basis of a forward and reverse switching signal, the stepping amount on the accelerator pedal 61, and a pilot pressure Ti pertaining to the lifting operation amount for the lift arm 21. When the specific condition is satisfied, the vehicle speed is limited by reducing the maximum rotational speed of the engine 3 in response to increase in the pilot pressure Ti.
Working Machine
A working machine includes a body, a ground-engaging propulsion structure supporting the body, a drive arrangement configured to provide motive power to the ground engaging propulsion structure, a braking system actuatable to apply a braking force to the ground engaging propulsion structure, a control system, and a sensor assembly configured to determine an output of the drive arrangement and to provide an output to the control system. The control system is configured to apply a first braking force to the ground engaging propulsion structure that is based on the determined output of the drive arrangement.
REMOTE OPERATION ASSISTANCE SERVER, REMOTE OPERATION ASSISTANCE SYSTEM, AND REMOTE OPERATION ASSISTANCE METHOD
There is provided a technology capable of improving work efficiency of a work machine that is remotely operated by an operator through a remote operation apparatus. If a first condition is satisfied, that is, if an engine stop instruction for a work machine 40 is made through a remote input interface 21 of the remote operation apparatus 20, operation of an engine 460 is stopped in principle, but the operation of the engine 460 is exceptionally not stopped. Specifically, when an operator does not exist at a specified position at the time of operating a remote operation mechanism 211 in the remote operation apparatus 20, the operation of the engine 460 is stopped. On the other hand, when the operator exists at the specified position, the operation of the engine 460 is continued without being stopped even if an engine operation instruction is made.
CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
Both a control for limiting operation of a machine body and a control for raising engine speed are achieved when an obstacle is detected. To this end, a machine controller performs operation limiting control by conducting a control for reducing the speed of the engine when the machine body does not require engine speed increase control and an obstacle is sensed by obstacle sensors, and the machine controller performs supply flow rate reduction control for reducing the flow rates of the hydraulic fluid supplied to hydraulic actuators from a hydraulic pump when the machine body requires the engine speed increase control and an obstacle is sensed by the obstacle sensors.
EXCAVATOR
An excavator includes a lower traveling body; an upper turning body turnably mounted to the lower traveling body; an attachment that is attached to the upper turning body; and a power engine that is mounted to the upper turning body. The excavator is configured such that, before a low-load operation by the attachment is started, a rotation speed of the power engine is reduced.
Construction Machine
It is made possible to perform power reduction control during non-operation of control levers, suppress a return to a normal power state when a control lever is accidentally moved, and make a smooth transition to an operation desired to be performed when a return is made to the normal power state. To this end, in a power reduction state, when a first cancellation condition in which two or more control levers are inclined simultaneously is satisfied or when a second cancellation condition in which one lever continues to be inclined is satisfied, a controller 50 determines that an operator “has an intention of canceling power reduction” and cancels power reduction control.
