HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR WORKING MACHINE
A hydraulic system for a working vehicle includes a first hydraulic pump to deliver pilot fluid to a control valve for a hydraulic actuator whose highest load pressure acts on a first fluid passage, and a second hydraulic pump to deliver hydraulic fluid whose pressure acts on a second fluid passage. A hydraulic controller is operable to control a load-sensing (LS) differential pressure between the highest load pressure and a delivery pressure of the hydraulic fluid from the second hydraulic pump. A third fluid passage to which the second hydraulic pump delivers the hydraulic fluid branches to a fourth fluid passage for flow of the pilot fluid. A solenoid valve is operable to change a pilot pressure of the pilot fluid for the hydraulic controller, and a controller is configured or programmed to control the solenoid valve to adjust the pilot pressure to change the LS differential pressure.
Skid steer manure spreader attachment
The skid steer manure spreader attachment includes a main bucket compartment, a cover, and a beater shaft. The bucket, cover, and beater shaft are preferably formed of welded steel. The bucket has an industry standard quick attach plate on the back so it can be quickly attached to any standard skid steer, and is a standard width. A hydraulic motor operates the beater shaft and the cover. The beater shaft has blades angled in two directions. The beater shaft spins forward so the beater blades through manure out of the top of the bucket, above the shaft. The hydraulic motor drives the top sprocket, and a chain drives the bottom sprocket. A tensioner pivots on one screw to allow the user to tension the chain as needed.
Utility coupler with locking handle
A utility coupler that includes a coupling unit and a tool unit that can be selectively engaged together. The coupling unit may include a body, a cam member, a handle, and one or more utility couplings. The tool unit may include a body, a latching pin, and one or more utility couplings. In operation, the coupling unit may be placed into a decoupled position with the handle in a first position. The coupling unit may be moved into proximity of the tool unit. The handle may be moved to a second position causing the cam member to engage with the latching pin and couple the coupling unit to the tool unit. The utility couplings engage together to pass the one or more utilities to the industrial equipment.
Systems and methods for product system of an agricultural applicator
A product system for an agricultural sprayer includes a product tank configured to store a volume of an agricultural product. A fill station is configured to accept the agricultural product from an off-board source. A flow assembly is fluidly coupled with the fill station and is configured to direct the agricultural product into a product tank from the conduit. A reclaim system is configured to provide the agricultural product within the flow assembly to the product tank. A computing system is communicatively coupled to the reclaim system. The computing system is configured to receive inputs indicative of activation of a fill mode, detect termination of the fill mode, and activate a reclaim mode to move the agricultural product from at least the conduit to the product tank through activation of the reclaim system.
Work Vehicle
A work vehicle includes a hydraulic oil tank that tanks a hydraulic oil, a hydraulic pump connected via a first hydraulic hose to the hydraulic oil tank, and a hydraulic equipment connected via a second hydraulic hose to the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump is placed in a position higher than a liquid level of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank. At least part of the second hydraulic hose is placed in a position lower than the liquid level.
Work vehicle
A work vehicle includes a vehicle body frame, a cab frame attached to the vehicle body frame so as to be rotatable around a pivot axis, a support provided on the cab frame, a fastener provided on the cab frame and between the support and the pivot axis in a radial direction from the pivot axis, a hydraulic hose, and a hose installation member. The hose installation member includes an engaging portion connected to the fastener, an extending portion configured to be supported on the support, a beam portion connecting the engaging portion and the extending portion, and a first hose holding member provided on the beam portion and having a first opening through which the hydraulic hose passes.
PROTECTIVE BRACKET FOR LOADER HOSE LINES
A hose guard for a skid loader attachment includes an axial elongate rigid enclosure defining a central cavity, the elongate rigid enclosure having an opening at a first end and an opening at a second end. A first attachment means at the first end of the elongate rigid enclosure is configured to secure the first end of the elongate rigid enclosure to the skid loader. A second attachment means at the second end of the elongate rigid enclosure is configured to secure the second end of the elongate rigid enclosure to the skid loader whereby the elongate rigid enclosure is readily attachable and removable from the skid loader facilitating removing and exchanging different skid loader attachments, and the elongate rigid enclosure has limited freedom of motion during operation of the skid loader and attachment.
Construction Machine
In regard to a hydraulic hose that extends from a center frame side in a lower travel body and is connected to a travel motor in each of right and left travel sections, it is possible to limit a movement range of a hydraulic hose with a simple configuration and thus to suppress damage to the hydraulic hose. A lower travel body that supports an upper unit includes: a center frame that supports the upper unit; a side frame that is provided on both of right and left sides of the center frame to support a travel motor and constitutes a crawler-type travel section; and plural hydraulic hoses, one end side of each of which is connected to a swivel joint provided to the center frame, and the other end side of each of which is connected to the travel motor. The center frame includes: a rear wall having a guide hole, through which the hydraulic hose passes; and a hose guide that is located below the guide hole, located above the hydraulic hose, and thereby restricts upward movement of the hydraulic hose.
Hydraulic hose clamp
A hose clamp for supporting a hose with respect to a machine. The hose clamp may include a deformable clamping element comprising a section of material at least partially surrounding an opening. The opening extends through a thickness of the clamping element and is configured to receive the hose. The hose clamp additionally comprises a support element configured to secure the clamping element to the machine. The support element is further configured to compress the clamping element along a direction of the thickness of the clamping element, thereby deforming the clamping element and causing the clamping element to constrict around the hose.
Hydraulic system for working machine
A hydraulic system includes a first supply line connecting a boom control valve and a bottom side of a boom cylinder, a second supply line connecting the boom control valve and a rod side of the boom cylinder, a leveling switch valve having: a first operating position allowing a leveling operation of a working tool; and a first stopping position allowing the leveling operation to stop, a ride controller including: a ride-control switch valve connected to a branched fluid line branched from the first supply line; and an accumulator configured to perform an anti-vibrating operation for suppressing a pressure fluctuation of the boom cylinder, and a drain fluid line to discharge operation fluid in a downstream section extending from the leveling switch valve to the rod side of the boom cylinder in the second supply line when the leveling switch valve is switched to the first stopping position.
