Automatic system profiling for a well system
A controller for a well system automatically profiles the system, detects a pre-charge of an associated pressurized storage tank, and automatically configures pressure-based control of a pump based on the detected pre-charge. The controller determines the pre-charge of the pressurized storage tank while the tank is connected to the system. While monitoring a system pressure, the controller activates the pump to initiate a filling operation of the pressurized storage tank. The controller analyzes a change in system pressure during the filling operation to determine the pre-charge of the pressurized storage tank. With the pre-charge determined, the controller automatically configures pressure settings for pressure-based control of the pump.
HOT WATER SAVING SYSTEM
The saving of water in a shower start up is accomplished by a secondary water tank that delivers hot water while water in the pipes is diverted, mixed or separately heated.
Systems and methods for rotating modular housing modules on a trailer bed
A modular home includes a first housing portion including a first floor, a ceiling, at least three walls, a first vertical edge of a first wall, a second vertical edge of a second wall, and an opening between a horizontal edge of the first floor, a first horizontal edge of the first ceiling, and the first and second vertical edges. The modular home further includes a second housing portion including a second floor, a ceiling, at least three walls, a third vertical edge of a third wall, a fourth vertical edge of a fourth wall, and an opening between a horizontal edge of the second floor, a second horizontal edge of the second ceiling, and the third and fourth vertical edges. The first vertical edge is coupled to the third vertical edge by a hinge, and the second vertical edge is configured to be coupled to the fourth vertical edge.
EXPANSION TANK WITH ACTIVE FLOW MANIFOLD HEAD
A manifoldhead and expansion tank combination is provided. The manifoldhead comprises an outer housing having an inlet channel and an opposed outlet channel extending laterally from the manifoldhead and a connection means, surrounding a third opening from the outer housing, for sealably connecting the manifoldhead to the to the expansion tank. The manifoldhead further includes, secured internally within the outer housing, a baffle plate extending longitudinally within the manifoldhead and having an opening extending through the baffle plate, the opening being preferably aligned with the inlet and outlet channels. The baffle plate extending into AND through the third opening to continue to separate the flow moving through the entire expansion tank into inlet and outlet flows, entering and leaving the third opening. There is also preferably provided another set of baffles extending across the third opening limiting the inlet and outlet flows through the expansion tank. There are also provided recirculation systems for potable water that include a manifoldheaded expansion tank for providing both cool and heated potable water to a building where people live or work.

Systems and methods for rotating a modular home on a trailer
A floor assembly of a modular home includes a frame including a plurality of floor joists, at least one upper plate coupled to a top of the frame, a skid plate coupled to a bottom of the frame, the skid plate including a circular opening, and a pin socket including a cylindrical pipe section positioned around the circular opening. The pin socket is configured to receive a rotation pin and configured to cause the rotation of the floor assembly about the rotation pin when a force is applied to the floor assembly.
Mobile modular home with a bladder tank support assembly
A modular home includes a space inside the modular home. The modular home includes a floor assembly including a frame comprising a plurality of floor joists, at least one upper plate coupled to a top of the frame; and at least one lower plate coupled to a bottom of the frame. The modular home includes a bladder tank support assembly coupled to the floor assembly. The bladder tank support assembly includes a support platform configured to be lowered from an upper position in which the support platform is received within the opening to a lower position below the floor assembly. The modular home includes an inflatable bladder tank positioned on the support platform, the inflatable bladder tank structured to fit between the support platform and the floor of the space when the inflatable bladder tank is deflated and the support platform is in the upper position.

TRAILER FOR MODULAR HOME DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY
A trailer configured to transport a load includes a bed including an upper surface configured to support the load, a slot positioned in the bed and extending from a front portion of the bed to a rear portion of the bed, and a first rotation pin configured to translate within the slot and extending from within the slot to above the upper surface of the bed.
Modular home delivery system
A method of unloading a modular home from a trailer includes extending a plurality of linear actuators coupled to overhanging portions of a modular home positioned on a bed of a trailer until the linear actuators lift the modular home off of the trailer, sending instructions to one or more crawlers to move under the modular home, retracting the linear actuators to lower the modular home such that a lower surface of the modular home rests on a platform positioned on each of the crawlers, sending instructions to the crawlers to move the modular home to an installation location, extending the linear actuators until the linear actuators lift the modular home off of the crawlers, sending instructions to the crawlers to move out from under the modular home, and retracting the linear actuators to lower the modular home to an installed height.
