Water leak detection assembly
A water leak detection assembly for a toilet includes a housing and a flow sensor. The housing is mountable externally or internally to a tank of a toilet. The flow sensor is positionable in-line with a fill line that is engaged to the tank and detects a flow of water from the fill line into the tank. A microprocessor is engaged to and positioned in the housing and is operationally engaged to the flow sensor. The flow sensor is positioned to signal the microprocessor of the flow of water. Programming code positioned on the microprocessor enables the microprocessor to distinguish between signals from the flow sensor corresponding to a normal flow of water required for flushing the toilet and a leak of water from the tank into a bowl of the toilet. The microprocessor is positioned to selectively actuate an alert module to notify a user of the leak.
ONE-PIECE TOILET WITH FLUSH VALVE
A toilet having a one piece structure, a flush valve, and a seal. The structure includes a base having a fluid channel in fluid communication with a bowl; a tank having an internal compartment; a wall disposed between the tank and the base, the wall having an opening fluidly connecting the internal compartment and the fluid channel; and a retaining structure in the internal compartment. The flush valve has a valve body including an inner wall, which is disposed in the opening and extends from a first end in fluid communication with the internal compartment to a second end in fluid communication with the fluid channel, and a locking flange extending radially outward from the inner wall, the locking flange being retained between the retaining structure and the wall in a locking position. The seal is disposed between the locking flange and one of the wall or the retaining structure.

In some embodiments, the kit comprises a flush valve assembly, fill valve assembly, a handle assembly, two tools, two gaskets, and packaging that also serves as one or more water containers. In some embodiments, the two gaskets are two conventional gaskets that can be combined to make a third gasket. In some embodiments, the combination of the two gaskets allows the creation of a synergistic gasket for sealing a tank-to-bowl interface than neither gasket could seal individually.

The device comprises a housing configured to surround a float and including sidewalls and bottom portion with a bore hole. A secondary flop is configured for receipt into and for sealing the bore hole when leakage occurs.

The present invention provides a flush water tank device (4), including: a flush water tank (10); a discharge valve (12) that causes the lower spout port to eject the flush water by switching between discharge and stopping of the flush water; a water pressure driving mechanism (14) that drives the discharge valve with a water supply pressure; a first on-off valve (19) that switches between water ejection and stopping of the flush water; a second on-off valve (18) that switches between water supply and stopping of the flush water to the water pressure driving mechanism; and a delay valve opening mechanism (21) that causes the second on-off valve to open with a delay of predetermined time after water ejection from the upper spout port is started, using a part of the flush water introduced via the first on-off valve, to supply the flush water to the water pressure driving mechanism.

AIR RELEASE VALVE AND AIR PRESSURE DRIVEN TOILET WATER TANK DRAIN VALVE
An air release valve and an air pressure driven toilet water tank drain valve are provided. The air release valve includes a valve seat, a sliding block, and a push block. A bottom of the valve seat is provided with an air release channel, one end of the air release channel is an air inlet, and the other end of the air release channel forms an air release nozzle. The sliding block is located above the air release nozzle and is slidably arranged on the valve seat. The air pressure driven toilet water tank drain valve includes a drain valve body, an inner core tube, a limit device, a telescopic airbag, an air pump, the air release valve, a controller and an electronic induction switch. The air release valve with mechanical structure does not require power consumption and has low cost.
Toilet Flushing Device
A device including a connecting piece implement, the connecting piece implement is configured to be operable for preventing jamming or malfunctioning of a toilet flushing mechanism, wherein the connecting piece implement enables a flush lever of the toilet flushing mechanism to open or close a flapper to allow or prevent water to flow from a water tank into a bowl of the toilet. The connecting piece implement comprises at least one flexible material that is configured to engage an attachment aperture of the flush lever and the chain coupled to the flapper. The flexible material having a first end portion and a second end portion. The connecting piece implement further comprises at least one locking element, the locking element including a first lock component disposed on the first end portion of the flexible material.
PNEUMATIC VALVE CONTROL DEVICE
The application discloses a pneumatic valve control device, which comprises an air cylinder provided with a first piston and an air outlet and a hydraulic cylinder provided with a second piston and an air vent; a partition is arranged between the hydraulic cylinder and the air cylinder, and a partition channel is arranged on the partition; the second piston is connected with a piston rod capable of passing through the partition channel; the piston rod is connected with a tappet valve for opening and closing the partition channel, and the tappet valve is capable of withdrawing from the partition channel with an upward movement of the piston rod and jacking up the first piston; and the air cylinder further comprises a locking and releasing mechanism capable of locking and releasing the first piston that is jacked up; and herein, when the locking and releasing mechanism is unlocked and the first piston is in a descending, falling back state, the partition channel is in a closed state, and the air outlet is in an outward exhaust state. The pneumatic valve control device disclosed by the application is more labor-saving and convenient to operate, and improves a performance of products.
