Sterilizing Device and Method for a Toilet
Sterilizing device for a toilet that includes an ozone generator and an impelling device fluidically connected to the ozone generator that allows discharging the ozone generated into the flush water of the toilet. A controller controls generating the ozone and discharging the ozone into the flush water. A sensor detects the presence or the actuation of a user, the sensor being communicated with the controller. The controller controls the ozone generator depending on a signal received from the sensor. The sterilizing device also includes an ion plasma generator for discharging ion plasma directly into the air adjacent the toilet. The ion plasma generator being controlled by the controller.
OZONE GAS MITIGATION DEVICES FOR PLUMBING FIXTURES
An ozone mitigation system reduces the amount of ozone that is expelled from a toilet or another water consuming appliance. The ozone mitigation system may include an ozone generator in communication with a tank of the water consuming appliance. An air source and a power source may be connected to the ozone generator. An ozone flow restrictor or ozone eliminator is operable inside of the tank and configured to modify a flow of ozone from the ozone generator through the toilet tank.
Dosing system and method for dispensing at least one chemical composition inside the tank of a toilet
A dosing system and method for dispensing a chemical composition into a tank of a toilet. The system includes a sensor obtaining a parameter representative of an environment of the toilet. The dosing system further includes a non-transitory control unit receiving the parameter and generating an activation signal for triggering dispensing of an amount of the chemical composition into the tank based on the parameter. The system further includes a dosing device inserted inside the tank. The dosing device has a cavity containing the chemical composition and a dispensing mechanism coupled with the cavity. The dispensing mechanism receives the activation signal and dispenses the amount of chemical composition into the tank upon reception of the at least one activation signal.
Self cleaning toilet assembly and system
Toilet assemblies having various embodiments of a cleaning system are described herein which include a toilet assembly and a cleaning system. The toilet assembly has a toilet bowl, a toilet tank, a flush valve, a rim inlet port and a rim flow path (which may be an isolated rim path) extending from an outlet of the flush valve to the rim inlet port. The cleaning system has a reservoir for holding a liquid cleaning agent having an outlet port in fluid communication with the interior space of the reservoir body; a housing to receive the reservoir, a supply conduit in fluid communication with the interior of the reservoir; a flow control device capable of controlling flow through the supply conduit; and a control system activatable by an actuator feature, wherein upon activation of the actuator feature, the control system is adapted to initiate a clean cycle by: operating the flow control device for a first period of time sufficient to deliver a dose of a liquid cleaning agent from the supply conduit to an interior space of the flush valve in a closed position, the flush valve configured for delivery of fluid to the rim inlet port, and operating the flush valve to open the flush valve to introduce flush water to carry the dose of a liquid cleaning agent through the rim inlet port into the toilet bowl.
TOILET FOAM APPARATUS
A toilet foam generating mechanism includes: a foam generating cavity, including a foam outlet; a foam spray nozzle in communication with the foam outlet; and a foaming liquid adding passage in communication with the foam generating cavity. The foaming liquid adding passage includes: a foaming liquid chamber; and a liquid suction device, including a first end in communication with the foaming liquid chamber and a second end in communication with the foam generating cavity. The liquid suction device is electrically coupled to a first switching power supply. A control method for spraying foam by a toilet includes determining a current usage scenario of the toilet; determining a foam mode associated with the current usage scenario as a current foam mode according to the current usage scenario of the toilet; and executing the current foam mode.
DEVICE FOR DELAYING INTRODUCTION OF AGENTS TO A CISTERN
A refillable, stand-alone in-cistern device that is activated only by the rising and falling of the water in the cistern that will delay the introduction of a concentrated dose of liquid cleansing agent into the last part of the flush cycle of the toilet, thereby delivering a wide range of improved cleaning and deodorising consumer benefits. The invention only requires securement in any convenient position inside the cistern wall and requires no other customer installation maintenance.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR TREATING AND PREVENTING ODORS
This disclosure relates to new methods and compositions for dispensing multiple compositions into a plurality of containers or atmospheres. In one embodiment, this disclosure pertains to treating and preventing offensive odors arising from toilets.
Self-cleaning toilet assembly and system
Toilet assemblies having various embodiments of a cleaning system are described herein which include a toilet assembly and a cleaning system. The toilet assembly has a toilet bowl, a toilet tank, a flush valve, a rim inlet port and a rim flow path (which may be an isolated rim path) extending from an outlet of the flush valve to the rim inlet port. The cleaning system has a reservoir for holding a liquid cleaning agent having an outlet port in fluid communication with the interior space of the reservoir body; a housing to receive the reservoir; a supply conduit in fluid communication with the interior of the reservoir; a flow control device capable of controlling flow through the supply conduit; and a control system activatable by an actuator feature, wherein upon activation of the actuator feature, the control system is adapted to initiate a clean cycle by: operating the flow control device for a first period of time sufficient to deliver a dose of a liquid cleaning agent from the supply conduit to an interior space of the flush valve in a closed position, the flush valve configured for delivery of fluid to the rim inlet port, and operating the flush valve to open the flush valve to introduce flush water to carry the dose of a liquid cleaning agent through the rim inlet port into the toilet bowl.
AUTOMATIC FRAGRANCE DISPENSING
An automatic fragrance dispenser, comprising: a mechanism compartment comprising a water operated actuator fluidically connected between a water supply pipe and a water exit pipe, wherein the propeller turns as a result of water flow through it; and a fragrant substance compartment containing a fragrant substance, wherein turning of the propeller is coupled to dispensing the fragrant substance.
AUTOMATIC TOILET CLEANER DEVICE
An automatic toilet cleaning device for placement inside a cistern of a flush toilet. The device comprises at least a first and second chamber, the second chamber storing a cleaner concentrate, the first chamber formed as a tapered vault. The second chamber having a first end communicative with the first chamber and a second end enclosed by a first barrier defining a gap; a pipe extending from and sealing the gap in the first barrier forming a water channel and a buoyant actuator coupled by a tether to a stopper, the tether disposed in the water channel. In use, as the water levels in the cistern fall and rise, a dosed amount of cleaning solution is released into the cistern.
