Temporary shelter
A temporary shelter that provides climate-controlled storage, workspace, living space, meeting rooms, equipment rooms and the like, which includes a number of floor panels, a number of which form one or more cubed enclosures, inside which are hard, ruggedized interlocking wall panels with recessed portions for the containment therein of desired components that can be housed and stored therein. The shelter when in the enclosed configuration is transportable through a specialized separate hauler. The hauler is a lift that is transportable and attaches to the rear of a vehicle via receivers mounted to the chassis.
MODULAR CLEARSPAN BUILDING, AND MODULAR BUILDING SECTIONS AND CONSTRUCTION METHODS THEREFOR
A modular building section defining the roof and opposing walls of a modular clearspan building. The building section includes a roof portion extending in a longitudinal direction between opposite first and second ends, and a pair of first and second legs, each leg pivotally attached about a pivot axis to the roof portion proximate a roof portion end. Each of the first and second legs has a stowed position in which the leg generally extends in the longitudinal direction and is in superposition with the roof portion, and an expanded position in which the leg depends from the roof portion and generally extends perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction. The legs are moveable independently of each other from their respective stowed positions to their respective expanded positions under the influence of gravity during lifting of the roof portion. Also disclosed are methods for constructing a modular clearspan building.
Method for assembling an arrangement and a corresponding assemblable arrangement
The invention relates to a method for assembling an arrangement. The invention also relates to a corresponding assemblable arrangement. For the arrangement according to the invention, there are at least two groups of individual elements and each group comprises at least two individual elements. For each group of at least two elements within one group of elements, the at least two elements can be fitted together. Further, the at least two elements of one group can be fitted together with at least two elements of another group. Each group of elements forms a layer of the arrangement. The arrangement, when assembled, forms a three dimensional object.
Shipping Container Expansion Insert
An expansion insert for converting an ISO shipping container into a housing unit is provided, the insert having a compacted form reversibly convertible to a expanded form. The insert has a frame assembly torsionally hinged to a roof assembly and a floor assembly. Two pivot walls and a sidewall are also built into the insert. The insert may be compacted for shipping, expanded after insertion into an ISO container, and compacted again on the ISO container.
Building system
A building system that includes a modular panel with side members, at least one of the side members having an associated coupling for hooked connection with a corresponding shaped fixture of an adjacent structure, the coupling and fixture being adapted to be held together by a locking device that, when engaged, acts to lock the structure and the side member together and, when disengaged, allows for play between the panel and structure in order to free the panel from the structure.
Modular Panel System
A modular shelter, is provided having an assembly of at least one each of a modular wall panel, modular floor portion, and modular roof panel. The modular wall panel having a sill plate, top plate, plurality of vertical studs extending therebetween, and a skin with a first edge having a waveform profile for connecting to an adjacent modular panel; and one of the vertical studs being an end stud and having a first connector element configured to be secured to a first complementing connector element of an adjacent second modular panel; and further each modular roof panel has a peak crosspiece, bottom crosspiece, and plurality of rafters, with the first rafter having an engagement member to be engaged with a complementary engagement member of another modular roof panel, and further a second connector element configured to be secured to a second complementing connector element of a second modular roof panel.
Methods and systems for modular buildings
Pre-fabricated wall panels with embedded electronic devices. Also, a modular building made from pre-fabricated panels with embedded electronic devices, individual panel identifiers, and a central computer system.
Structural tent and assembly method
A structural tent intended for use as a living space able to withstand extreme temperatures, while still being comfortable and used on a temporary basis; comprising a frame on which there are assembled first profiles and lower posts which are attached to a plurality of second profiles, brackets and upper posts, which form the structure on which a ridgepole is supported; and where a filler material is introduced into the gap created between the frame and the outside fabric; and where, finally, the ridgepole is integrally supported on the upper posts, where honeycomb plates are supported, an impermeable roof being arranged on the honeycomb plates and the gaps in the honeycomb plates being filled with a fine granular material.
REPRODUCIBLE BUILDING STRUCTURE WITH INTEGRATED SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM
Methods for constructing and a building kit for use thereof are disclosed. The building kit includes a plurality of posts configured for embedding within square apertures of a foundation, wherein the posts have a cross-shaped cross-sectional shape, a plurality of cross-shaped cross-sectional shaped elongated members, a plurality of roof panels, wherein the roof panels include solar cells, and a plurality of wall panels having conforming shape to the cross-shaped cross-sectional shaped elongated members.
PREFABRICATED HOUSE
A prefabricated house including: a steel-frame foundation where H-shaped steels are connected in a rectangular contour, a vertical frame and a horizontal frame composed of an H-shaped steel are arranged inside the connected H-shaped steels, and inclined frames are mounted at four corners of the rectangular contour; a seismic isolation rubber supporting the steel-frame foundation on a foundation of the prefabricated house via a supporting frame; a rectangular floor member; outer wall members erected from four peripheries of the floor member; an inner wall member mounted at a position partitioning the floor member; and a roof member with a mountain-shaped section mounted on the outer wall members via a climbing beam, wherein changing positions of a window and a door and changing a room layout can is possible by changing positions of the wall member panels or reversing outer and inner faces or upper and lower sides of these panels.
