Expandable field kitchen
According to aspects of the present disclosure, an expandable field kitchen is disclosed. The expandable field kitchen includes an expandable intermodal container. The expandable intermodal container has a floor panel, a ceiling panel, a wall panel including an opening, an access door disposed on the wall panel, an appliance utility port disposed on an interior surface of the expandable intermodal container, and a service door having a low-profile door handle. The addition, the expandable intermodal container includes an expansion unit that deploys from the interior portion of the expandable intermodal container through the opening.
MODULAR STRUCTURE FOR PROVIDING ON-SITE PROTECTION
The present invention relates to a modular assembly, a site factory, for at least partially enclosing a site during construction of a structure. The modular assembly comprising: a plurality of portal frames, each portal frame comprising two columns and a roof beam, each column and roof beam comprising a plurality of pre-assembled units; a jack-up frame for each column; at least two first rails, each of the first rails being mounted to at least one of the roof beams; at least one second rail slidably mounted to the at least two first rails; and a plurality of panels of a flexible material configured to provide a full enclosure of the site and mounted above the roof beam. The or each second rail is configured to slidably receive at least one lifting device. The pre-assembled units are configured o be connected on site, and lifted using said jack-up frames, to form the portal frames, and wherein each first rail, and the or each second rail are configured to be mounted on the portal frames on site.
Removable panel roof for modular, self-contained, mobile clean room
Modular building cleanrooms having integrated mechanical rooms with removable, walkable floor panels above their ceilings are disclosed. The attic area above the sealed cleanroom ceiling and below joists of the modular building's frame provides an interstitial volume through which ducts, piping, electrical conduit, etc. run from the mechanical room to dampers, valves, and junctions boxes. The walkable floor panels can be bar grating through which maintenance people can see components below. The floor panels can have individual sections that may be removed for access to the components. Along with walkable floor panels, the modular building roofs can have foldable electrical panelboards that are pre-wired at the factory and then rotated upright once delivered to their destination.
PORTABLE ADAPTIVE UNIBODY BUILDING
A portable unibody living facility is provided that includes a living unit attached to a trailer. The living unit may be connected to a host house via a connector through which electrical and plumbing connections may be made. The living unit is accessible and includes an accessible shower area, a bedroom area, and a hoist track system integrated into the ceiling and running from the bedroom area to the shower area.
System and Method for the Rapid Installation of a Portable Building in a Confined Vertically Inaccessible Location
A device comprising a weldment having an upper beam, a vertical beam, and a lower beam, wherein the upper beam further comprises at least two lifting eyes and at least one crane hook, and the lower beam further comprises a plurality of swivel-hoist rings and a plurality of forklift pockets, and wherein the lower beam is a length minimally required to locate a structure laterally underneath an upper level of a platform having an upper level and a lower level.
Shipping Container Expansion Insert
An expansion insert for converting an ISO shipping container into a housing unit is provided, the insert having a compacted form reversibly convertible to a expanded form. The insert has a frame assembly torsionally hinged to a roof assembly and a floor assembly. Two pivot walls and a sidewall are also built into the insert. The insert may be compacted for shipping, expanded after insertion into an ISO container, and compacted again on the ISO container.
MODULAR PLATFORM SYSTEM AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY
A modular platform system includes a plurality of tiles, legs, beams, and brackets. Peripheries of the tiles and top surfaces of the beams are configured so that the tiles can snap on to the beams, allowing for easy creation of a platform. The beams, legs, and brackets are all configured so that the beams and legs are easily connected together for platform system creation.
A MAINTENANCE ENCLOSURE AND METHOD FOR MAINTAINING WIND TURBINE BLADES
Disclosed is a maintenance enclosure (1) for use when maintaining a wind turbine blade (2). The maintenance enclosure (1) comprising a ceiling (3), a floor (4) and at least two side walls (5a, 5b) extending between the ceiling (3) and the floor (4). The maintenance enclosure also comprising a first adjustable opening (6) in a first side wall (5a) of the at least two side walls (5a, 5b) adapted for receiving the wind turbine blade (2) and a second adjustable opening (7) in a second side wall (5b) of the at least two side walls (5a, 5b) adapted for receiving the wind turbine blade (2). The first adjustable opening (6) and the second adjustable opening (7) are positioned opposite each other and the said floor (4) comprises a slit (8) extending at least a portion of the distance between the first adjustable opening (6) and the second adjustable opening (7). Also, the slit (8) is adapted for receiving the wind turbine blade (2). Furthermore, a method for maintaining a wind turbine blade (2) is disclosed.
Collapsible Shelter
A shelter or camper that provides improved portability and protection. The shelter or camper may include rigid walls to offer greater protection from weather, animals, and theft. The shelter or camper may be transitionable between different configurations for different purposes, including an open and expanded configuration for use as a shelter, camper, or sleeping quarters and a compact, closed case configuration for easy storage and transport. To facilitate this, the walls may be foldable, expandable, or collapsible. When the walls are folded or collapsed, roof and floor sections may be connected to each other and may enclose the folded, collapsed walls and internal components within the collapsed closed case.
