Rotating Building Assembly
A rotating building assembly includes a foundation housing that has a lower section and an upper section. A drive unit is positioned in the foundation housing to rotate the foundation housing. A structure is provided which has hub and a plurality of wings each extending away from the hub. The hub is mounted to the foundation housing such that the structure rotates with the foundation housing when the drive unit is turned on. A plurality of solar panels is each coupled to a roof of a respective one of the hub and the wings. Each of the solar panels is in communication with the drive unit and the drive unit analyzes the angle of the solar panels with respect to the sun. Furthermore, the drive unit rotates the foundation housing a calculated degree of rotation to facilitate the solar panels to operate at maximum efficiency.
SYSTEM FOR THE TRANSMISSION OF LIQUIDS IN A ROTATABLE BUILDING
A system for transmitting liquids between a stationary core and a rotatable story of a building includes an annular buffer duct having an annular lower duct portion and an upper duct portion in liquid communication with and slidingly engaging the lower duct portion via at least one interface extending along the length of the buffer duct, the lower and upper duct portions being fixed to the stationary core and the rotatable story respectively, or vice versa, so that upon rotation of the story with respect to the core, the lower and upper duct portions rotate relative to each other, the buffer duct internally defining an annular transmission chamber into which the liquid enters through one or more inlet ports formed by the upper duct portion, and from which the liquid exits through one or more outlet ports formed by the lower duct portion, the transmission chamber being at atmospheric pressure.
A CUSTOMISABLE BUILDING ARRANGEMENT
According to a first aspect of the invention, there is provided a building arrangement comprising: a column within a surrounding living space, the column providing a hub configured such that external services may be routed through the column, the external services comprising one or more of water, electricity, gas, sewage and data connection; the building arrangement further comprising: one or more moveable modules, attachable to the hub, wherein the one or more attached modules may be moved in contact with the hub to change their arrangement in the living space. The invention provides an easily configurable smart home arrangement which allows for unit to be replaced and updated when required without the significant cost and time associated with upgrading a conventional home.

The lower and upper duct portions are fixed to the stationary core and rotatable story respectively, or vice versa, so that the lower and upper duct portions are rotatable relative to each other. The buffer ducts internally define a transmission chamber into which liquid enters through inlet ports formed by the upper duct portion, and from which liquid exits through outlet ports formed by the lower duct portion. The buffer ducts also include a supply duct connected to clean water pumps for increasing the water pressure in clean water accumulation tanks to a desired value. The transmission chamber is at atmospheric pressure.

FLOATING BUILDING DEVELOPMENT
A building development, having a building arranged on a building development base, wherein the building development base has a pontoon having at least one float for floating on a liquid and a pile mooring, which extends through a passthrough opening of the pontoon along a pile mooring axis (X) perpendicularly to the pontoon. The passthrough opening is configured centrally in the pontoon, and the pontoon is rotationally movably mounted around the pile mooring that extends through the passthrough opening. The pontoon can be aligned and positioned around a pile mooring axis (X), wherein the pile mooring projects into the receiving chamber through the passthrough opening of the pontoon and through a first breakthrough arranged in a bottom of a receiving chamber, arranged above the passthrough opening. The invention relates further to a building development base and a pile mooring of such a building development.
