Extrudable building material wall structure and method

A wall structure and a method for forming a wall structure is provided using three-dimensional printing of extruded building material applied to a surface of a building structure. According to one embodiment, the wall structure includes a pair of outer wythes spaced from an inner wythe. The outer wythes can include a core extending between the pair of outer wythes and toward the inner wythe. A protrusion can also extend toward the inner wythe a spaced distance from the inner wythe or entirely toward and adjoining the inner wythe. The core is configured with an inwardly facing spaced opposed surfaces of the outer wythes surrounding a vertically extending rebar, with grout surrounding that rebar. Horizontally extending support pins can be spaced parallel from each other and extend from the protrusions and into the inner wythe.

3D concrete printer

A mobile 3D printing device, system and method based on the addition of material intended to be attached to a lifting device with a single lifting cable or chain, including a printing head adapted to receive material and depositing it; fixing means adapted to link the printing head to the lifting device, and stabilization means adapted to stabilize the position of the printing head by a gyroscopic effect. The printing device enables the control of the printing of a structure to be printed, in particular the position of the printing head, to reduce the labor costs and the time to install such a device on a standard crane provided with a hook.

Flexible connecting structure of prefabricated component and building main body

The present invention discloses a flexible connecting structure of a prefabricated component and a building main body. The flexible connecting structure comprises multiple layers of cast-in-situ building main bodies spaced up and down, a prefabricated component is connected between two adjacent cast-in-situ building main bodies, a tenon is provided at the lower end of the prefabricated component, a mortise matching the tenon is provided on the top surface of the cast-in-situ building main body, and the prefabricated component is socketed to the lower layer of cast-in-situ building main body by tenon-and-mortise cooperation; and a first flexible layer for reducing the connection rigidity between the prefabricated component and the upper layer of cast-in-situ building main body is provided at the junction between the prefabricated component and the upper layer of cast-in-situ building main body. The present invention realizes a flexible connection between a prefabricated component and a building main body, and avoids the influence of the prefabricated component on the rigidity of the building main body.

A shelter system having an erecting frame system and a protective skin system. The erecting frame system has at least two A-frame legs and at least one tensioning element. The A-frame legs each comprise at least one elongated structural member, each of the A-frame legs coalescing with at least one other A-frame leg with at least one connection. The tensioning element is at least temporarily affixed to a free end of each of the at least two A-frame legs, and comprises at least one elongated structural element capable of generating a tension force to draw the free ends of the A-frame legs towards one another, thereby at least temporarily lifting the connection to a predetermined height above the free end of each A-frame leg. A protective skin system is also provided with at least one side plane, one roof plane, and one end plane. The side plane is disposed between two A-frame legs; the roof plane is concordant with the ground surface; and the end plane is disposed between two A-frame legs of a constituent A-frame leg pair and a ground surface. The planar element of the protective skin system provides at least a partial barrier from a ballistic threat to a volume behind the planar element, the loading of the protective skin system being transferred at least in part first to the erecting frame system and ultimately to the ground surface.
