CONNECTOR FOR CONNECTING STRUCTURAL INSULATED PANELS
A connector for a structural insulated panel includes a base, a pair of sidewalls extending substantially perpendicularly to the base and arranged spaced apart from each other, each sidewall including a rail portion. The connector also includes a body arranged between the pair of sidewalls and defining a first gap between a first sidewall of the pair of sidewalls and the body and a second gap between a second sidewall of the pair of sidewalls and the body. The first gap is adapted to receive a first edge portion of a first layer of the structural insulated panel and the second gap is adapted to receive a second edge portion of the structural insulated panel. The connector further includes a pair of tongues extending substantially parallel to an outer surface of the base and defining a pair of channels therebetween.
BUILDING CORE AND KIT FOR ASSEMBLY
A column assembly has an elongated tubular member. A wall end assembly has an elongated tubular member. A flexible interface connects the column assembly to the wall end assembly. The flexible interface includes a spring pack assembly having a disc spring, an elongated male fastening member, a female fastening member, and an absorbing layer. The male fastening member extends through the spring pack hole into the female fastening member to connect the column assembly to the wall end assembly with the female fastening member and to hold the male fastening member in place.
ANCHOR CHANNEL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN ANCHOR CHANNEL
For stable anchoring of an anchor channel in concrete, an anchor, the anchor shank of which has a larger diameter than an anchor hole of a C-profile channel of the anchor channel, is inserted through the anchor hole from the inside, so that the anchor shank widens the anchor hole and holds the C-profile channel clamped on the anchor shank. An anchor head configured as a countersink head bears internally against a protrusion of the C-profile channel, and on the outer side of the C-profile channel knurling holds the anchor in addition to the clamped fit.
OUTDOOR STRUCTURE DESIGN AND COMPONENTS
An outdoor structure is disclosed. In some examples, the outdoor structure includes a front beam, a back beam opposite the front beam, and a first side beam and a second side beam each coupled to the front beam and the back beam. The outdoor structure also includes a plurality of posts coupled to one or more of the beams. Further, the outdoor structure includes a plurality of panel supporting elements secured to the posts. In some examples, one or more panels are secured to the panel supporting elements. In some examples, the outdoor structure includes a plurality of rod supporting elements secured to the posts. In some examples, a rod is secured to the plurality of rod supporting elements.
Concrete anchor
An anchor for supporting a load includes an anchor rod having a first threaded end portion for being embedded in a concrete structure and a second end portion for attachment to a load; a metallic wedge-shaped body attached to the first threaded end portion; and the body includes a circular cross-section, a circular top surface and a circular bottom surface joined by a side surface.
Modular Building Units, and Methods of Constructing and Transporting Same
A lower connector includes a lower connector hollow body, a pair of lower connector bosses coupled to the lower connector hollow body, and a pair of lower connector arms coupled to the lower connector bosses. A connector assembly includes an upper connector coupled to a lower connector and a gusset plate sandwiched between the upper and lower connectors.
