DE-CONSTRUCTIBLE SMALL INHABITABLE ENCLOSURE
A de-constructible enclosure has a structural frame with a post, a first panel with a first end, and a second panel with a second end. The post has a substantially H-shaped cross-section including a first recess on a first side of the post and a second recess on a second side of the post. The first recess of the post receives the first end of the first panel. The second recess of the post receives the second end of the second panel. The post, the first panel, and the second panel together define a wall of the enclosure. A method for manufacturing the de-constructible enclosure further includes caulking joints of the connected post and panels and applying an elastomeric coating to the joints to seal the wall of the enclosure.
Modular Panel System
A modular shelter, is provided having an assembly of at least one each of a modular wall panel, modular floor portion, and modular roof panel. The modular wall panel having a sill plate, top plate, plurality of vertical studs extending therebetween, and a skin with a first edge having a waveform profile for connecting to an adjacent modular panel; and one of the vertical studs being an end stud and having a first connector element configured to be secured to a first complementing connector element of an adjacent second modular panel; and further each modular roof panel has a peak crosspiece, bottom crosspiece, and plurality of rafters, with the first rafter having an engagement member to be engaged with a complementary engagement member of another modular roof panel, and further a second connector element configured to be secured to a second complementing connector element of a second modular roof panel.
CONSTRUCTION ATTACHMENT MEMBER
An attachment member is provided herein a base portion configured to be positioned between a first panel and a second panel. A first side portion and a second side portion are respectively positioned on opposing sides of the base portion, the first side portion defining first and second arms and the second side portion defining third and fourth arms, wherein each of the first arm, the second arm, the third arm, and the fourth arm define a non-linear boundary

COMPLEX CONSTRUCTION-SUPPORTING STRUCTURES, AND USE OF SAID COMPLEX CONSTRUCTION-SUPPORTING STRUCTURES
Disclosed are complex construction-supporting structures made up of two-walled, plane load-bearing structural modules which are designed for the production of two-walled, plane load-bearing structures that are made up of individual, assembled, plane load-bearing structural modules and form primary-shell load-bearing systems which in turn are combined, possibly with the additional use of complementary components such as plane truss elements (9), in order to form complex construction-supporting structures which can be used in the presence of rising sea levels or groundwater tables, poor foundation soils, and earthquakes.
Relating to connection of structural components to panels
There is disclosed a method of forming a connection between a structural component and a panel, the panel comprising a substrate and a load-resistant covering over either or each side of the substrate, the method comprising securing a connector to the component and panel such that the connector engages at least one said covering and the component so as to direct, to the covering(s) engaged thereby, loading exerted by the component.
Portable multiuser sauna
A portable multiuser sauna includes an enclosure configured as a truncated, regular icosahedron with ten sidewall triangular structural panels and five rooftop triangular structural panels, wherein each sidewall triangular structural panel is compressively coupled to at least two adjacent triangular structural panels.
Architectural structure
An architectural structure in accordance with the invention comprises at least one substantially planar component in the form of a wall (9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16), floor or ceiling, the at least one planar component comprising a plurality of identically sized right angled panels A each having the form of a 30°-60°-90° right angled triangles and a plurality of identically sized isosceles panels B each having the form of a 30°-120°-30° isosceles triangle. The invention may provide a building (11) which is constructed from a relatively small selection of prefabricated components, but which provides an architect with a relatively large degree of flexibility in the design of the structure. The invention may also permit a building (11) to be assembled without a binder or other fastenings between the majority of the components and therefore assist in the efficient deconstruction of the building, either at the end of its life or if the building is to be modified or rebuilt.
IMPROVEMENTS RELATING TO CONNECTION OF STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS TO PANELS
There is disclosed a method of forming a connection between a structural component and a panel, the panel comprising a substrate and a load-resistant covering over either or each side of the substrate, the method comprising securing a connector to the component and panel such that the connector engages at least one said covering and the component so as to direct, to the covering(s) engaged thereby, loading exerted by the component.
CONNECTORS FOR ASSEMBLING MODULAR BUILDING UNITS
A connector system for interconnecting vertically adjacent and/or laterally adjacent modular units of a building constructed from such modular units assembled rigidly together includes connectors that are rigidly attached to the modular units. These connectors are able to rigidly interlock with each other so that, when the connectors of adjacent modular units are interlocked with each other, the adjacent modular units are also rigidly attached to each other. The connectors include sliding alignment features that ensure that resist lateral displacement of laterally adjacent modular units and also ensure proper alignment of vertically-engaging retention features that resist vertical displacement of vertically adjacent modular units.
