A silicone elastomer composition which is generally storage stable, and cures to an elastomeric body, comprising; (i) an organopolysiloxane polymer having at least two hydroxyl or hydrolysable groups; (ii) a siloxane and/or silane cross-linker having at least three groups per molecule which are reactable with the hydroxyl or hydrolysable groups in the organopolysiloxane polymer (i); (iii) a solid organosilicate resin which is substantially unreactive with components (i) and (ii) and comprising R.sub.3.sup.2SiO.sub.1/2 and SiO.sub.4/2 siloxane units, wherein the molar ratio of the R.sub.3.sup.2SiO.sub.1/2 siloxane units to SiO.sub.4/2 siloxane units is from 0.5:1 to 1.2:1, and R.sup.2 is selected from hydrocarbon groups; and optionally (iv) a suitable condensation cure catalyst. The solid organosilicate resin (iii) is generally utilised to create a low modulus room temperature vulcanisable (RTV) silicone composition which when cured may be used as a coating, an adhesive or a sealant having high movement capability.

A mounting device includes a base having an internal cavity, a top, and an open bottom in communication with the internal cavity. The device includes a first upper member above the base, wherein the first upper member extends upwardly from the base, and a second upper member is above the base, wherein the second upper member extends upwardly from the base. The device further includes a fastener opening formed though the base for receiving a fastener when the mounting device is secured to a roof. The fastener opening is in communication with the internal cavity.

A cellular glass insulation system for an outer surface of a structure or pipe. The insulation system includes multiple segments of cellular glass. An adhesive having a reduced permeability is provided at the interface between the individual cellular glass segments and is configured to limit water intrusion that might cause corrosion of the structure or pipe.

A mounting device including a base having an internal cavity and an upper portion above the base. The upper portion extends upward from the base and includes a vertical member defining opposed first and second faces above the base. An aperture is formed through the upper portion and extends through the first and second faces. The base extends outward, beyond each of the first and second faces.

A mounting device including a base having an open bottom, a longitudinal axis, and a linear guide on the base. The linear guide guides support hardware in linear movement along the longitudinal axis. An internal cavity is under the base for containing a sealant against and in cooperation with a roof when the mounting device is secured to the roof. A system which creates a durable seal between adjacent horizontal panels, including those that may be curved or subject to temperature expansion and contraction or mechanical shear. The durable seal system incorporates plurality of ribs, a flexible member between the cover plate and the ribs and may incorporate a load transfer plate to provide support to the rib from below, and/or cores of differing compressibilities.

The present disclosure relates generally to systems for providing a durable water-resistant and fire-resistant foam-based seal in the joint between adjacent panels. A fire-resistant and water-resistant expansion joint seal is provided which includes one or more foam members and a plurality of intumescent members interspersed within the foam member or members to provide a spring recovery force and fire resistance.

A corner flashing system is provided for sealing the corners of recessed window frames against moisture penetration. The first and second double-flap members, and the half-cube member are preferably made of asphalt or petroleum based material. In another preferred embodiment, the system comprises one double-flap member, a modified half-cube member, and caulking. In another preferred embodiment, the system comprises a single member that combines a double-flap member and a half-cube member, and caulking.
