Ventilated reinforced-concrete wall module for constructing buildings in general and respective industrialized construction system
A ventilated wall module (10) of the type used in civil construction for a range of buildings using pre-fabricated components, such as one-story homes, large houses, houses, schools, hospitals, industrial sheds, inter alia; the wall module (10) includes a pair of panels (20A) and (30A) that are produced independently of one another by automated, robotic equipment (E1), based on large moving metal surfaces (M1) that slide on rails (T1); said mechanized method (M1) developed for the production of the panels (20A) and (30A) includes an industrialized construction system (SC) for producing each wall module (10) comprising the combination of the coordination and compatibilization of the designs to be implemented with the pre-installation of the complementary components such as electrical boxes (c1) or other necessary elements.
Tall Wall Insulatable Building Block
The insulatable cementitious building block is a concrete block formed with first, second, third, and fourth spaced parallel rectangular walls, where the parallel walls are connected by offset and constricted cross-webs in parallel planes to each other and perpendicular to each of the walls. All the cross webs are from the bottom of their corresponding walls to the height of the second and third wall. The walls together with their cross webs form openings that allow for filling with insulating inserts dimensioned to fill the spaces between. Alternatively, the spaces between all walls plus the spaces above the second and third walls and above all cross-webs may be filled with liquid expandable foam.
IMPROVEMENTS TO A VENTILATED REINFORCED-CONCRETE WALL MODULE FOR CONSTRUCTING BUILDINGS IN GENERAL AND RESPECTIVE INDUSTRIALIZED CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM
A ventilated wall module (10) of the type used in civil construction for a range of buildings using pre-fabricated components, such as one-storey homes, large houses, houses, schools, hospitals, industrial sheds, inter alia; the wall module (10) includes a pair of panels (20A) and (30A) that are produced independently of one another by automated, robotic equipment (E1), based on large moving metal surfaces (M1) that slide on rails (T1); said mechanized method (M1) developed for the production of the panels (20A) and (30A) includes an industrialized construction system (SC) for producing each wall module (10) comprising the combination of the coordination and compatibilization of the designs to be implemented with the pre-installation of the complementary components such as electrical boxes (c1) or other necessary elements.
Insulated concrete composite wall system
A new prefabricated wall panel is the basic unit of a new, more efficient and stronger wall system. The wall panel is manufactured from a plurality of foam sections sized to leave vertical and horizontal voids into which concrete is later poured, each foam section having an inner and outer surface and two sides; and a plurality of fastening strips. The fastening strips are longitudinal metal strips being situated between the sides of two foam sections. Each fastening strip has two longitudinal fastening strips projecting perpendicularly to the longitudinal fastening strip and the fastening strips being adjacent to the outer surface of the two foam sections. The fastening strip also has a plurality of clearance holes in the longitudinal fastening strip, a plurality of embed tabs projecting from the edge opposite the fastening strips, each embed tab having at least one hole, and between each pair of embed tabs, a foam tab to hold the two inner sides of the foam sections in place and partially separate the foam sections from the concrete to be poured into a form.

Modular building system with adhesive-joined spline connections between wall sections
A modular building system is provided which includes modular wall sections. Each wall section has a concrete support column reinforced within by metal rods and at least two wall panels which are formed of concrete. Spline panels are attached to the wall panels at one or both ends of each wall section to connect the wall section to an adjacent wall section. The spline panels are formed of concrete and have a width less than half a width of any of the wall panels. The spline panels are positioned so that a portion thereof extends further in a longitudinal direction of the wall section than the respective wall panels to which the spline panels are joined, so that the spline panels cover joints between wall panels of adjacent wall sections when the adjacent wall sections are connected.
