In a described embodiment, the smart window comprises: a frame portion including a wiring chase positioned internal to the frame portion and a glass portion. The glass portion may comprise a motorized shade, the motorized shade including a motor, a motor wiring, and a shade roll; a first pane of glass attached to the frame portion on an exterior side of the smart window; and a second pane of glass attached to the frame portion on an interior side of the smart window; wherein the frame portion surrounds the glass portion, wherein the motorized shade is attached to the frame portion between the first pane of glass and the second pane of glass by a hanging system, and wherein the motor wiring is positioned internal to the frame portion and the wiring chase.
Curtain wall and wall element thereby applied and method for manufacturing such a wall element
A curtain wall constructed from prefabricated connecting wall elements mounted in rows next to and above each other with the wall elements including a frame of assembled profiles on the inside of the curtain wall and of one or more infill elements on the outside of the curtain wall. The frame contains mullions and transoms in the form of profiles which along the perimeter of the frame have female coupling parts and male coupling parts which allow the adjacent mullions and adjacent transoms in an assembled condition in the curtain wall to engage with their coupling parts to form composite basic profiles, where between two rows of connecting wall elements a horizontal seal has been applied which extends continuously in a horizontal direction over the width of the underlying row.
FACADE ASSEMBLY, BUILDING STRUCTURE, AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING THE FACADE ASSEMBLY
In a facade assembly (14) for a building (10), with at least one facade element (16), which may be fastened to a wall or an inter-story ceiling (12) of the building (10), and with at least one fire-protection element (18), which may be mounted between the facade element (16) and the wall or the inter-story ceiling (12), the fire-protection element (18) contains an insulating layer (19) and at least one angle profile (32) with two flanges (34, 36) disposed at an angle relative to one another, wherein one of the flanges (34) of the angle profile (32) is fastened to the facade element (16) and the other flange (36) of the angle profile (32) bears on the insulating layer (19).
Glazed Curtain Wall Panel System
A panelized, versatile structurally glazed curtain wall system developed with a dual purpose as a unique system that will provide ease of installation in a curtain wall, and a fire rated version, that can be pre-fabricated in a factory and transported as a unit to the installation location. Both can be used alone or married together easily for seamless unbroken horizontal and vertical sight lines. Installation is improved and made more productive due to its prefabrication so that it is ready to install with little additional hardware. At least one embodiment utilizes only vertical building structure (and not horizontal building structure) for secure and effective installation, avoiding the need for accessing structure in ceilings and/or floors.

TWO-PIECE TRACK SYSTEM
A fire-rated receiver channel includes at least one intumescent or other fire-resistant material strip. The receiver channel can nest with a framing member, such as metal tracks, headers, header tracks, sill plates, bottom tracks, metal studs, wood studs or wall partitions, and placed at a perimeter of a wall assembly to create a fire block arrangement. In other arrangements, a track assembly includes two nested tracks, an inner track and outer track. The assembly is designed so that the outside width of the outer track is equal to or less than the outside width of the inner track to present a substantially flush external surface for attachment of exterior sheathing elements when the assembly is used in an external wall.
REFLECTION GLASS CURTAINWALL FIXING BY FLEXIBLY PRESSING AND WITH HIDDEN CABLE
A reflection glass curtainwall fixing by flexibly pressing and with hidden cable includes a cable, glass panels, a support fixed to the cable, limiting grooves opened at sides of the glass panels facing the cable, two limiting sliders which are slidably connected to the support and have a locked configuration and an unlocked configuration, and two limiting frame which are respectively located at two sides of the cable, each limiting frame comprises two connecting rods, and when the two limiting sliders are in the locked configuration, the free ends of the two connecting rods snap into the respective limiting grooves at the corresponding sides; and when the two limiting sliders are in the unlocked configuration, the free ends of the two connecting rods are respectively disengaged from the limiting grooves at the respective sides.
Connective installation structure for modularized windows and doors
The present invention relates to a connective installation structure for modularized windows and doors, the connective installation structure successively arranging and connectively installing, in the horizontal direction, modularized sliding windows, doors, or door windows that form the window and doors of a building, with fixed windows arranged in the spaces between the windows and doors. The present invention provides the connective installation structure for modularized windows and doors so as to provide a simplified double frame support structure in which the connective structure lateral section view of the frame, formed by the elevation view of the elements that form the connective installation structure of windows and doors, comprises just (window glass or door panel)-window sash frame-window frame-(fixed window glass), the connective installation structure for windows and doors successively arranging and connectively installing, in the horizontal direction, the sliding-type windows, doors, or door widows, with fixed windows arranged in the spaces therebetween.
Building envelope
A curtain wall having a frame construction with a plurality of glass elements and optionally panels arranged at a distance from each other in a heat flow direction, wherein a multifunctional glass element is arranged on a room side behind a main heat-insulating plane of the curtain wall, wherein the position of the multifunctional glass element can be modified in a vertical direction and/or a horizontal direction and the multifunctional glass element has at least two of the functions selected from the following list: (A) anti-glare protection in a form of modifiable or switchable layers, (B) heating capacity at least in section, (C) a configuration with integrated LEDs as room lighting, (D) a configuration as an information system, particularly as a screen, at least in sections, (E) a configuration with at least one integrated camera, and (F) a configuration with at least one integrated loudspeaker.
