FACADE SYSTEM FOR THERMALLY CONDITIONING BUILDINGS
An architectural structure having: a wall of a room of the architectural structure; and a panel integrated into the wall, wherein the panel includes thermoelectric components (TECs) arranged as a TEC grid, thereby defining a radiant panel, wherein: the TECs, of the TEC grid, are thermally coupled to a common heat sink formed in part by an exterior surface of the wall; and the wall defines a wall surface area, the panel defines a panel surface area, and the panel surface area is between 5% and 20% of the wall surface area.
Facade element, building facade and process for the assembling of such a building facade
A facade element (1D), to be fastened to a building structure with other such facade elements (1A, 1B, 1C) to build one of the external walls of the building. The facade element includes an assembly of sandwich panels fastened to a metal framework, an upper waterproofing membrane that covers up an upper edge of the facade element, and a lower waterproofing membrane (5D) fixed to the inner face of the facade element. The lower waterproofing membrane extends beyond a lower edge of the facade element, up to an outer face of another facade element (1B) placed below. Both the upper and lower waterproofing membranes have overhanging parts (51D), extending beyond the left (35D) and right edges of the facade element. A building facade, and to a process for the assembling of a building facade is also provided.

LIGHT STEEL FRAMING PLENUM
A light steel framing plenum includes a horizontal plenum member, a vertical plenum member and plurality of screws. The horizontal plenum member includes a pair of horizontal plenum flanges and horizontal plenum web. The horizontal plenum flanges have dimpled screw holes formed therein. The vertical plenum member is attached to the horizontal plenum member. The vertical plenum member has a pair of vertical plenum flanges and a vertical plenum web therebetween. Each vertical plenum flange has a step formed therein for receiving the horizontal flange from the attached horizontal plenum member. A plurality of screws are provided to attach the horizontal plenum member to the vertical plenum member. The lights steel framing plenum provides a generally flat surface for attachment thereto.
FACADE MODULE AND ASSOCIATED BUILDING FACADE
A facade module for separating an interior from an exterior of a building volume includes: a partition plate, including an inner face and an outer face, the partition plate including an inner glazed layer forming the inner face; and a fastening element of the partition plate suitable for fastening the partition plate to a building structure. The partition plate includes at least one stone layer forming the outer face of the partition plate and/or extending over the inner glazed layer.
Pre-fabricated construction panels
A pre-fabricated construction panel for use on an external surface and/or as part of a budding or construction is provided. The panel comprises at least a first layer which is at least partially provided from thermally insulating material having a first surface, the panel comprising at least a second layer, the at least second layer being provided from fiber cement board, the second layer having a second surface facing the first surface. The first surface is profiled having recessed surface zones and heightened surface zones, the first and second layers being connected one to the other at least along the heightened surface zones of the first, the recessed surface zones provides at least one interspace between the first and second surface. This at least one inter-space has at least two openings to the external of the panel for enabling air to flow into and out of the interspace towards the external of the panel. Less than 25% of the total surface of the first surface is connected to, e.g. adheres to, the second surface.

Vibration control wall structure
A vibration control wall structure, which is introducible into a wall part of a building, includes a wall frame, a vibration control wall body, and a vibration control damper for absorbing a vibration acting on a building. The vibration control wall body includes a plurality of face materials which are fixed to a frame material via a fastening member and are connected to each other in a width direction. A gap part is formed such that both side end portions of the vibration control wall body are separated from the wall frame so as to absorb displacement in an in-plane direction. The vibration acting on the building is damped by the vibration control damper having a long hole in a longitudinal width direction of the vibration control wall body. The vibration control wall body can relatively slide in the long hole in the longitudinal width direction.
Thermally separated composite panel assembly
The thermally separated composite panel assembly includes a steel panel, a thermal separation layer, a plenum and cladding. The plenum is operably attached to the thermal separation layer. The cladding is operably attached to the plenum. The steel panel defines the size of the thermally separated composite panel. The steel panel has an outer perimeter and the outer perimeter of the plenum is in registration therewith. The thermally separated composite panel may have a single window therein or a plurality of windows. A plurality of thermally separated composite panels when used together will form a wall.
Exterior wall system
An exterior wall section forms a portion of an exterior wall of a building. The building has multiple floors and a framework defining the multiple floors. The exterior wall section includes a structural layer to be connected to the framework. The structural layer includes a plurality of studs connected together. An insulation layer is supported by the structural layer to insulate the building. Siding is supported by the structural layer and defines an exterior side of the exterior wall section. A perimeter of the exterior wall section is defined by the edge margins of the structural layer, the insulation layer and/or the siding. The exterior wall section includes an interlocking structure extending along the perimeter that mates with an interlocking structure of another exterior wall section to form a seal with said another exterior wall section when the exterior wall sections are connected to the building.
