STRUCTURAL CONNECTION SYSTEM FOR MODULAR FRAMEWORKS
The present invention provides a construction set suitable for creating a variety of structures and includes a plurality of elements. A modular construction system includes hubs which are embodied as solid-surfaced hexahedrons having at least one flanged protrusion on at least two faces of each hexahedron. Adjacent structural bodies in the modular construction system may be connected to as few as one face of a hub, or to as many as all six faces, by means of attachable connector elements. The hexahedron at the core of the hub may be of the same or larger dimensions relative to the cross-section of the framing materials (e.g., lumber, tubing, composites, metals, extruded members) it connects.
SYSTEM FOR SELF-SUSTAINING MODULAR HOUSING
Systems are provided for self-sustaining modular housing. The system presented comprises construction materials which are readily manufactured, flat-packed, stored, shipped, and assembled on-site without skilled labor, to construct the system. The system further presents sustainable features for increasing the health and safety of life when people require modular housing, by presenting modular housing to fit a variety of needs, sizes, arrangements, and levels of durability and strength of construction. The present invention solves problems with the currently available systems of modular housing and housing for temporary disaster relief and other temporary uses.
Building construction
A modular perimeter frame system (10) is described for forming a perimeter frame (11) used in the construction of floors, walls and roofs of buildings. The modular perimeter frame system has a first modular sub-frame (16) having one or two blunt end portions (26, 28), and a second modular sub-frame (18) having one or two overhang end portions (36, 38). The blunt and overhang end portions are so dimensioned and shaped as to facilitate a continuous abutting engagement between at least two surfaces which meet at a corner of the blunt end portion and at least two surfaces which meet at a corner of the overhang end portion.
Portable multiuser sauna
A portable multiuser sauna includes an enclosure configured as a truncated, regular icosahedron with ten sidewall triangular structural panels and five rooftop triangular structural panels, wherein each sidewall triangular structural panel is compressively coupled to at least two adjacent triangular structural panels.
MODULAR SHELTER
A modular structure has a frame including header beams defining an outer perimeter of the structure at a top of the frame, header corner brackets connecting consecutively arranged header beams, footer beams defining an outer perimeter of the structure at a bottom of the structure, footer corner brackets connecting consecutively arranged footer beams, and intermediate beams extended between the top of the frame and the bottom of the structure, each intermediate beam being fixed with one of the header corner brackets, and fixed with one of the footer corners brackets. A roof supported on the frame includes an arm positioned on one of the header corner brackets. A turnbuckle fixed at a position closer to the top of the frame as compared to the bottom of the structure, and fixed at a position closer to the bottom of the structure as compared to the top of the frame.

SHELTER STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY
A skeletal structure and method of assembly are provided. The skeletal structure includes one or more vertical columns, one or more upper tracks operatively attachable to the vertical columns, and one or more base tracks operatively attachable to the vertical columns. Upper brackets are attached to the upper tracks, such that the upper brackets attach the upper tracks to the vertical columns. Base brackets are attached to the base tracks, such that the base brackets attach the base tracks to the vertical columns. The skeletal structure is freestanding upon attachment of the upper tracks and the base tracks to the vertical columns.
