PORTABLE SEGMENTABLE/EXPANDABLE MODULE STRUCTURES
A modular enclosure structure having at least three walls and comprised of at least three elongated posts selected from at least two elongated upright/vertical posts. Each post has a longitudinal hollow a flexible and durable compacted sheet material therein and wherein a narrow longitudinal through-slot aligned with the free end of each of the compacted sheet materials. Sheet material in each hollow is able to be externally drawn and retracted with manipulation of the free end. The free end of each sheet material has a latching member attached to either an elongated upright/vertical post member, having at least two latching members or to the two elongated posts having hollows and also cooperative latching members, wherein walls of sheet material are externally drawn from the posts with compacted sheet material to form an enclosure comprising at least three walls of sheet material.
MODULAR FRAMING STRUCTURE DESIGN AND A METHOD OF USING THE SAME
A modular structure system of detachable members, the system includes a support pillar and various connectors. The support pillar has a main body and a plurality of channel walls outwardly radiating from an outside surface of the main body. The channel walls are disposed lengthwise on the main body from one terminal end of the main body to another terminal end of the main body. The support pillar has a symmetrical cross-sectional shape and each of the channel walls has an expanded distal end forming two lips.
System using struts and hubs for an elongated geodesic dome with an arched-tunnel section
The disclosure is directed to an elongated geodesic dome with an arched-tunnel section. In some embodiments including: a first adjustable angle hub connector, the first adjustable angle hub connector being a connector of a first plurality of tubular struts, the first plurality of tubular struts being inserted into the first adjustable angle hub connector; a second adjustable angle hub connector, the second adjustable angle hub connector being a connector of a second plurality of tubular struts, the second plurality of tubular struts being inserted into the second adjustable angle hub connector; a third adjustable angle hub connector, the third adjustable angle hub connector being a connector of a third plurality of tubular struts, the third plurality of tubular struts being inserted into the third adjustable angle hub connector. The adjustable angle hub connectors may be removable for adjusting a length of the arched-tunnel section of the elongated geodesic dome.
Assembled structure system and applications thereof
An assembled structure system includes a prefabricated member, a fastener and a locking member. The prefabricated member is provided with at least one cavity, and the fastener is assembled in the at least one cavity. At least one fastener is assembled in each cavity. The cavity includes an upper end surface, a lower end surface, a left end surface and a right end surface. The left end surface or the right end surface includes a vertical surface perpendicularly connected to the upper end surface and an inclined surface connected to the vertical surface. A connection angle between the vertical surface and the outer side of the inclined surface forms an obtuse angle. The inclined surface is connected to the lower end surface. The fastener includes a fixed surface, two side surfaces and a bottom surface. The fixed surface, the two side surfaces and the bottom surface are hingedly connected.
Combination reinforcing coupler and column alignment device
An apparatus for aligning and joining construction elements comprising threaded studs or bars protruding from opposing elements; interlocking members adapted to screw together associated with each of the opposed studs; an adjustment nut screwable on one of the studs wherein, the adjustment nut is screw jacked against one of the interlocking members to align the elements and then locked and encapsulated by screwing together the interlocking members. There can be additional stud or bar alignment means associated with the apparatus.
POST-INSTALLED ANCHOR
To provide a post-installed anchor capable of being used repeatedly and being easily removed and recovered.
A post-installed anchor to be inserted and fixed in an anchor insertion hole formed in a structure includes: a cylindrical anchor body; expandable pieces obtained by dividing the tip side of the anchor body into a plurality of pieces by a plurality of slits 16 which are formed on the tip side, leaving equal intervals in a circumferential direction and extending in the axial direction of the anchor body, the expandable pieces each having a plate-like part whose surface is formed into a flat surface and which has spring force, a fixing part formed at the tip of the expandable piece and having a larger thickness than that of the plate-like part, and an inclined part whose inner surface is gradually inclined inward toward the tip of the expandable piece; a female screw formed in an inner surface of an unexpandable part side of the anchor body; and a male screw body formed into a substantially columnar shape that can be inserted into the anchor body, having a wedge part with a truncated conical shape at its tip, having a male screw screwed with a female screw formed in the anchor body at its rear end side, and having a rotary tool engagement part at its rear end surface. The male screw body is advanced with the male screw of the male screw body screwed with the female screw of the anchor body to make the truncated conical shaped wedge part at the tip of the male screw body abut against the inclined part formed so that the inner surface thereof is gradually inclined inward toward the tip side of the expandable piece to expand the expandable piece by wedge action, pressing the outer surface of the fixing part against the hole wall of the anchor insertion hole, which thereby fixes the post-installed anchor in the anchor insertion hole, and the male screw body is retracted to close the expanded expandable piece by spring force of the plate-like part of the expandable piece for recovery and reuse.
Reinforcing bar coupler
A rebar coupler that includes a plurality of segments having the same shape and radially arranged, the segments being seated on outer surfaces of a pair of reinforcing bars with ends of the reinforcing bars simultaneously accommodated therein, a spacer configured to accommodate the segments therein and support them while spacing the segments at regular intervals, and a pair of sleeves configured to press the outer surfaces of the reinforcing bars against inner peripheral surfaces of the segments by allowing the segments to be close to each other when the sleeves approach each other.
MODULAR FURNITURE SYSTEM
A modular framework having a plurality of elongate structural members interconnected by brackets is provided.
