ARCHITECTURAL PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A method for manufacturing an architectural panel and an architectural panel made by the method. The architectural panel may be formed from metal, and the method may start with the processing of a flat metal sheet. The method may include punching holes in a particular pattern into the flat metal sheet, bending the flat metal sheet into a particular shape to form a panel that can be hung from an overhead grid or the like, and printing a desired printing pattern onto the panel. The method may also include a step of coating the panel with a powder coating or a liquid-applied paint finish prior to the printing step. The coating step may occur after the punching step and before the printing step.

A multilayer acoustic and shock absorbing cushion, consisting of a buffer layer, two waterproof moisture-permeable layers respectively mounted on the corresponding two sides of the buffer layer, and two surface layers respectively mounted on each side of the waterproof moisture-permeable layers away from or at a distance from by the buffer layer. The buffer layer, each of the waterproof moisture-permeable layers, and each of the surface layers are needle punched and bonded to form a single body. The multilayer acoustic and shock absorbing cushion of the present invention is primarily used in building partitions and wall systems to prevent noise and vibration produced when household residents are doing physical activities from disturbing other neighbors. The multilayer acoustic and shock absorbing cushion is further provided with advantages including acoustic and shock absorbing functions, anti-efflorescence ability, and good cement bonding stability.

Collapsible acoustic honeycomb ceiling installation

A collapsible acoustic honeycomb ceiling installation can be made by cutting desired material into panels. Next, a manufacturer can cut one or more notches into the panels. The manufacturer can assemble the collapsible acoustic honeycomb ceiling installation by aligning the one or more notches on the panels and slideably connecting the panels. The resultant collapsible acoustic honeycomb ceiling installation can provide a versatile decorative feature to a space while maintaining or altering the acoustics of the space as desired. Further, because the ceiling installation is collapsible, a manufacturer or installer can easily transport, install, and remove the ceiling installation.

Sound attenuation barrier with improved ease of assembly

Embodiments relate to a plastic wall panel, comprising a hollow body having external walls and defining an internal cavity. The external walls include: a first major side wall, a second major side wall opposite the first major side wall, a minor top wall, a minor bottom wall, a first minor end wall and a second minor end wall opposite the first minor end wall. The minor top wall and the minor bottom wall each define mating structure to mate and align with another adjacent panel so that multiple panels can be tiled together to form at least part of a sound attenuation barrier. The hollow body defines a passage extending between the first and second major side walls and through the first and second minor end walls to receive a reinforcing beam.

SOUND INSULATION PLATE AND SOUND INSULATION STRUCTURE USING THE SAME

A sound insulation plate includes a patterned frame and an elastic membrane, wherein the patterned frame includes a central pattern region and multiple peripheral pattern regions arranged around the central pattern region, the multiple peripheral pattern regions being separated from the central pattern region by a separation bar, and wherein the elastic membrane is mounted on the patterned frame to block passage of air and converts airborne sound waves into elastic waves.
