Wall assembly
A wall assembly is manufactured for supporting an exterior covering of a structure. The wall assembly includes a frame assembly including a top member and a bottom member spaced from the top member. The frame assembly further includes a plurality of vertical members spaced from each other and coupled to and extending between the top and bottom members. The plurality of vertical members each have an exterior surface configured to face an exterior of the structure. A rigid foam layer is directly coupled to the exterior surface of the plurality of vertical members. A sheathing layer is coupled to the rigid foam layer opposite the plurality of vertical members with the sheathing layer configured to receive the exterior covering.
Block for use in automated building construction
The present disclosure relates to the building industry and in particular to a block for use in automated building construction. In one aspect, the block comprises a generally cuboid body having a top and a base, a length extending between a pair of opposed ends, and a width extending between a pair of opposed sides; the body including a plurality of hollow cores extending from said top to said base, and arranged in a row between said opposed ends; wherein each core has a rectilinear cross-sectional shape; and wherein the thickness of the block between each pair of adjacent cores is at least double the thickness of the block on all other sides of each core, so that the block is divisible into a plurality of substantially identical block portions, each portion including four walls of substantially uniform wall thickness about its core.

INTERLOCKING BLOCKS AND A METHOD TO BUILD WALLS
A massive block preferably made of compressed earth is described as well as a method to build walls utilizing the massive blocks. By combining wooden frame construction and massive wall construction with bricks or other massive block elements, a wall can be built with the advantages of both. A wooden stud frame is erected, the electricity and other utilities are placed through the frame and then the frame is covered up on both sides with large massive blocks of a specific design that interlock with both the frame and each other. The cavities in between the blocks can then be filled up with a filler such as sand to create additional thermal mass and improve the sound insulation properties of the wall. A second embodiment of the wall utilizes an extra layer of blocks with grooves to accommodate a radiant heating system and insulation material.
MODULAR FIBERGLASS WALL COMPONENTS AND CONNECTION SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A modular fiberglass wall components and connections system and method that utilizes fiberglass as the primary material in the components. A novel molding process is used for manufacturing the components. The systems and methods utilize new primary sheathing material and adjoining and locking mechanisms. These features reduce the need for several other materials used in typical construction, including lumber, sheetrock, siding, and paint. Buildings to be constructed with the present systems and methods are broken into various modules or components constructed separately, including roof components, wall components, and floor components. Included are various component connections depending on the type: roof to wall, wall to wall, floor to floor, and roof to roof. The various components are then assembled onsite with the connections.
