Attic Door Support And Trimming System
An attic door support and trimming system includes a plurality of frame sections each having a base wall with an inner edge, an outer edge, a top side and a bottom side, a first end and a second end. A vertical wall extends upwardly from the base wall and is spaced from the inner and outer edges. The first and second ends of different frame sections are positionable against each other to form a rectangular shaped frame. The frame sections each are telescopic to allow a size of the rectangular shaped frame to be adjusted. The top side of the first flange is abuttable against the ceiling adjacent to the opening and the top of the second flange supports a cover when the cover is placed in a closed position closing the opening.
Ceiling façade system
A ceiling façade system includes: a ceiling tile including an interior panel defining a first edge extending along a first side of the ceiling tile and a second edge extending along a second side of the ceiling tile opposite the first edge, a heating element, and an insulator layer arranged over the heating element opposite the interior panel; a first receiver extending along and configured to support the first side of the ceiling tile on a linear lighting track arranged on a ceiling structure and configured to locate the first edge of the interior panel adjacent and partially concealing the linear lighting track; and a second receiver extending along and configured to support the second side of the ceiling tile on a linear seam track arranged on the ceiling structure, the linear seam track laterally offset from the linear lighting track.

RECESSED SHADE AND CURTAIN STORAGE AND DEPLOYMENT SYSTEM
A shade and curtain storage and deployment system includes a shade assembly, a curtain assembly, and an access panel, each disposed within a recess formed in a ceiling. A visible surface of the access panel occupies the same plane as a visible surface of the ceiling. The curtain assembly includes a track having a plurality of hangers configured to translate on the track and support a curtain. A first gap provided between a first edge of the access panel and the ceiling is configured to enable a shade of the shade assembly to extend from the recess to an area below the ceiling. A second gap provided between a second edge of the access panel and the ceiling is configured to enable the curtain to extend along the second edge. The track extends along the second edge and is disposed entirely above the plane.
SYSTEM CONFIGURED FOR MOUNTING WITH A CEILING SUPPORT GRID AND METHOD OF INSTALLATION
Technologies are described for a system for mounting a louver, a lens, or a rectangular or square light LED light source to a ceiling support grid. A mounting frame has at least one fixed flat extension extending from the first side and at least one retractable extension on a second side. The mounting frame is configured to be inserted into a grid opening and mounted to the grid and provide a frame for the mounting of a louver, a lens, or a rectangular or square light LED light source to the ceiling support grid.
REMOVABLE LOUVER OR LENS HOLDER FOR A CEILING SUPPORT GRID AND METHOD OF USE
Technologies are described for a louver or lens holder having a rectangular or square frame with parallel first side edge and a second side edges. At least one extension extends from the first side edge and at least one retractable support arm is configured to be extended from, and retracted into, the second side edge. The louver or lens holder is configured to be inserted into a ceiling support grid and to be held therewith.
Shade storage and deployment scheme
A window shade storage and deployment system includes a recess formed in a ceiling and an access panel. The recess houses a window shade movable between a retracted position and an extended position. The access panel is removably attached to a surface of the recess such that a visible surface of the access panel occupies substantially the same plane as a visible surface of the ceiling surrounding the recess. A gap is provided between an edge of the access panel and the ceiling. The gap enables the window shade to extend through the gap from the recess to the area below the visible surface of the ceiling when the window shade is in the extended position. The visible surface of the access panel and the visible surface of the ceiling include the same or a similar material such that the visible surface of the access panel and the visible surface of the ceiling are visibly substantially identical.
PANEL ELEMENT FOR LINING A CEILING AND/OR WALL, AND LINING FOR A CEILING AND/OR WALL
Panel elements for lining ceilings and/or walls are provided. Here, a panel element (1), among others, is proposed, having a holding device (4) that is used to fix at least one holding spring (3), which is used to secure the panel element (1) to the ceiling and/or wall, in the transport position of the holding spring.
Smart dynamic acoustic ceiling panel
A dynamic acoustic system for use in connection with an indoor environment includes a plurality of elongated acoustic bars and a controller operably to each of the elongated acoustic bars. Each of the bars is operably coupled to a ceiling member of the indoor environment and includes an upper portion, a lower portion, a plurality of side surfaces extending between the upper and lower portions, an interior region at least partially defined by the upper portion, the lower portion, and the plurality of side surfaces, and at least one movable element movable between first and second positions. The controller selectively controls operation of the at least one movable element of a desired number of the plurality of elongated acoustic bars to alter an environmental characteristic of the indoor environment.
Airframe system and method of controlling airflow
An air frame system includes a frame body defining one or more openings, a plurality of air passages along an inner periphery of the one or more openings, and an airframe grid coupled to the frame body. The airframe grid includes at least one wireway channel therein and a wireway channel cover clip is removably coupled to the at least one wireway channel. The air frame system also includes a light assembly removably coupled to the airframe grid, and a retainer clip removably coupled to the airframe grid. The airframe grid retains the light assembly within the airframe grid.
