APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR DYNAMIC ACOUSTIC LOCKING CEILING SYSTEM AND METHODS THEREOF
A dynamic acoustic locking ceiling baffle and a dynamic acoustic locking ceiling system, that includes a single piece of material folded into acoustic locking ceiling baffles, using locking pieces and locking mechanisms, to quickly and easily install the acoustic locking ceiling baffle onto construction ceiling hangers to provide an aesthetically pleasing image, along with a reduction in unwanted noise or room acoustics.
Scrim attachment system
The present invention is directed to ceiling panels formed from a porous scrim that is coupled to an acoustical substrate using a scrim attachment system that includes an adhesive.
Panel systems and components
A panel assembly includes two frame members and a plurality of panels extending between the frame members. Each panel has fastening elements at either end. The fastening elements are arranged to clip onto mating portions of the frame members, and are also arranged to frictionally engage internal surfaces of the panels to thereby hold the panels relative to the frame members.
Partially lighted T-bar
The partially lit T-bar includes a spine with a rest shelf at a lower portion thereof. The rest shelf supports adjacent ceiling tiles. The under surface of the rest shelf includes a lighting module on a portion and a plain unlit undersurface on other portions. Additional T-bars which are shorter, and typically fully lit or fully unlit and half the length of the partially lit T-bar are also provided which can attach at ends or near a midpoint of the partially lit T-bar and typically perpendicularly thereto. A great variety of lighting patterns in a dropped ceiling is thus facilitated. Each of the T-bars preferably also includes a heat sink on an upper portion of the spine and also preferably a lower heat sink on an upper portion of the rest shelf. Heat associated with the light element of the T-bar can thus be drawn away from a space below the ceiling.
CEILING BAFFLE APPARATUS AND CEILING BAFFLE SYSTEM FOR A DYNAMIC ACOUSTIC CEILING AND METHODS THEREOF
A dynamic acoustic ceiling baffle and a dynamic acoustic ceiling baffle system, that includes multiple shaped baffles that can be quickly and easily installed onto construction ceiling hangers without the need for additional tools, to provide an aesthetically pleasing image, such as an undulating image, along with a reduction in unwanted noise or room acoustics.
LIGHTING FIXTURE
A luminaire is mechanically attached to a mounting structure, mounted and positioned to illuminate a space adjacent to the luminaire The luminaire comprises at least one light source mounted on a substrate, and a thermal bus transporting heat from the substrate to a heat sink that is veiled from view. The at least one light source and the substrate are exposed to, and illuminate, the space. Another disclosed luminaire includes LEDs and a fixture on which the LEDs are disposed. The fixture is configured to install onto a grid of a suspension ceiling by hooking or clamping onto the grid of the suspension ceiling with the LEDs disposed on the installed fixture facing downward from the suspension ceiling.
BRACKET FOR ANGLED CEILING PANELS AND CEILING PANEL SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates generally to ceiling panel brackets, for example, suitable for forming a ceiling surface by supporting a plurality of ceiling panels. The present disclosure relates more particularly to a bracket configured to couple a ceiling panel to a ceiling grid. The bracket includes a support arm configured to extend over a first flange of a T-beam of the ceiling grid and an attachment wall extending up from the support arm. The attachment wall is configured to be secured to a web of the T-beam. A leg extends down from the support arm so as to hang below the T-beam. A foot is coupled to the leg and configured to be attached to the ceiling panel. The foot is disposed at a first angle with respect to the support arm so as to hold the ceiling panel at an angle to the ceiling grid.
ARCHITECTURAL FIXTURE CONNECTION SYSTEM
An architectural fixture connection system offers acoustical and aesthetic benefits. This system utilizes modular construction, allowing interconnection of a variety of different beams to form an installation that may attach to a wall or ceiling of a building. This system may be formed of a series of sheets which are formed into beams using securing brackets and attachment brackets, then coupled to one another using a series of joiner brackets. Interconnection between adjacent beams need not be linear, allowing free-form shapes and angles.
Clean Room Ceiling, System and Installation Method
A ceiling system for a clean room, a clean room ceiling and a method for constructing a ceiling for a clean room are provided. T-shaped beams support the ceiling from a building structure. Channels support composite panels on the bottom side of the T-shaped beams. Each of the channels is attached to the top side of a composite panel and each engages a first or second leg of a T-shaped beam. The channels may be Z-channels.
Airframe system and method of controlling airflow
An air frame system includes a frame body defining one or more openings, a plurality of air passages along an inner periphery of the one or more openings, and an airframe grid coupled to the frame body. The airframe grid includes at least one wireway channel therein and a wireway channel cover clip is removably coupled to the at least one wireway channel. The air frame system also includes a light assembly removably coupled to the airframe grid, and a retainer clip removably coupled to the airframe grid. The airframe grid retains the light assembly within the airframe grid.
