WALL PANEL FRAMING SYSTEM
Structures used for dividing, supporting, disguising and/or cladding, for example, modular wall panel systems can include frame members that can include or be in the form of a rail having a panel engaging portion with a generally planar mounting surface configured to accept at least one fastener, the panel engaging portion including first and second lateral sides on opposite sides of the generally planar mounting surface. First and second channels can include side walls extending generally parallel to the generally planar mounting surface, the first and second channels facing away from each other.

BUILDING STRUCTURE
A building structure 1a, 1b, and 1c incorporates an outer wall 6 provided on a lower side of a sloped ceiling 2 in a slope direction, an opening part 5 formed in the outer wall 6, a box-shaped groove part 15 formed at a lower end of the sloped ceiling 2 along the outer wall 6 and having a lower opening 14 opened downward, and an attachment part 17 provided inside the groove part 15 and to which an upper end part of a light shielding material 16 that shields light incident on the opening part 5 is attached, wherein the groove part 15 is a ceiling-embedded type embedded in the sloped ceiling 2, and a lower end of a side plate of the groove part 15 on a side opposite to the opening part 5 is lower than a height of a lower surface of a frame 23 on an upper side of the opening part 5.
Heat sensitive protective barrier and a method for its use
A protective barrier that will typically be installed beneath ceilings during construction work being performed on ceilings or roofs of buildings. The protective barrier can be comprised entirely of one material or of different materials connected by seams. Some or all of these materials can be designed to fail when contacted by water via dissolution, melting or through some other destructive process initiated by contact with water. Some or all of the materials comprising the protective barrier can be designed to fail at a certain temperature. This failure can create access points from the ceiling through the protective barrier to the area being protected by the barrier, which can allow water from a fire suppression system to reach a fire located below the protective barrier.
Bridging connectors for suspended ceiling systems
Bridging connector (1) for a suspended ceiling system, and a suspended ceiling system comprising the bridging connector. The bridging connector comprises a beam connector (2) joined to a wall engagement element (3) arranged at an angle of essentially 90 degrees to the beam connector (2), the wall engagement element (3) further comprising a depressed beam engagement element portion (4).

End cap for ceiling panel and ceiling system incorporating the same
An end cap for a ceiling panel of a ceiling system. The end cap includes a face plate having an inner surface, a bottom edge, a top edge, a first side edge, and a second side edge. A first insertion plate extends from the inner surface of the face plate at the top edge of the face plate. A second insertion plate extends from the inner surface of the face plate at the bottom edge of the face plate. A concealment portion extends from the inner surface of the face plate along the first and second side edges of the face plate. The concealment portion may include an upper section positioned above the first insertion plate and spaced from the first insertion plate by a first gap and a lower section of positioned below the second insertion plate and spaced from the second insertion plate by a second gap.

Suspended ceiling system, securing members, and process of installing a suspended ceiling system
Disclosed is a suspended ceiling system, a securing member, and process of installing a patterned suspended ceiling system. The suspended ceiling system includes a grid system having first members and second members, and at least one substrate which extends below the grid system. The at least one substrate has an exposed surface and a concealed surface, and the at least one substrate has first sides and second sides which extend between the exposed surface and the concealed surface. Securing members attach to the concealed surface proximate the first sides, and the securing members have grid engagement members which secure the at least one substrate to the grid system. The securing members cooperate with the first members and the second members of the grid system to properly position the substrate and the spacing between adjacent at least one substrates is controlled.
