Ceiling system and carrier component thereof

A carrier component for a ceiling system and/or a ceiling system that includes the carrier component. The carrier component may include a body portion that extends along a first longitudinal axis and a plurality of support members that extend from the body portion in a spaced apart manner. Each of the support members may extend along a second longitudinal axis. Each of the support members may include a distal end, first and second ledges located on opposite sides of the second longitudinal axis, and third and fourth ledges located on opposite sides of the second longitudinal axis, the first and second ledges being closer to the distal end of the support members than the third and fourth ledges. One or more ceiling panels may be coupled to the carrier component via engagement with the first and second ledges or the third and fourth ledges of the support members.

Ceiling system

A ceiling system, comprising at least two elongate carriers, configured to support at least one ceiling panel; at least one elongate beam; and at least two connecting brackets; wherein each elongate carrier is supported at one or more suspension locations; each elongate beam is coupled to at least two elongate carriers by a respective connecting bracket; and the connecting brackets are coupled to the elongate carriers by a push-fit connection.

The present disclosure relates generally to ceiling panel brackets, for example, suitable for forming a ceiling surface by supporting a plurality of ceiling panels. The present disclosure relates more particularly to a bracket configured to couple a ceiling panel to a ceiling grid. The bracket includes a support arm configured to extend over a first flange of a T-beam of the ceiling grid and an attachment wall extending up from the support arm. The attachment wall is configured to be secured to a web of the T-beam. A leg extends down from the support arm so as to hang below the T-beam. A foot is coupled to the leg and configured to be attached to the ceiling panel. The foot is disposed at a first angle with respect to the support arm so as to hold the ceiling panel at an angle to the ceiling grid.

Linear surface covering system

The invention relates to a surface covering system, and, more specifically, to an improved linear surface covering system. The improvement includes each plank of the system having multi-directionally cut grooves. The improvement further includes clip projections which conform substantially to a notch formed by the multi-directional grooves. The system also includes an improved splice plate for stabilizing two adjacent planks positioned in end-to-end relation.

METHODS AND TILE FOR USE IN A FALSE CEILING OR WALL AND A FALSE CEILING OR WALL

PANEL ASSEMBLY FOR A SUSPENDED CEILING SYSTEM, CORNER BRACKET THEREOF, AND RELATED METHODS
20220186495 · 2022-06-16 ·

A panel assembly for a suspended ceiling system, an adjustable corner bracket thereof, and a method of assembling such a panel assembly. The panel assembly may include a ceiling panel having a groove in its rear surface, a plurality of suspension bars disposed within the groove along the sides thereof, and a plurality of corner brackets disposed within the groove along the corners thereof. The corner brackets may include a first arm portion extending along a first arm axis and a second arm portion extending along a second arm axis. The corner brackets may be adjustable to alter an angle measured between the first and second arm axes so that the corner brackets may be used in different grooves having different shapes.

Linear panel

A linear wall or ceiling panel comprising and formed from a woven or non-woven fibrous material. Preferably, the material is thermoformable and non-woven and comprises at least one of the group consisting of: bi-core polyester fibers: two different types of fibers having different melting points; a mixture of bi-core polyester fibers and non-bi-core (single core) polyester fibers. The panel is preferably shaped to provide means for mounting the panel to a carrier. Optionally, an end portion may be provided to cover the open longitudinal end of the linear panel.

The present disclosure relates generally to ceiling panels, for example, suitable for use forming a ceiling surface. The present disclosure relates more particularly to a ceiling panel including a panel body and a bracket. The panel body includes an upper surface, a lower surface, a first end, a second end, a first lateral side, and a second lateral side. The bracket extends upward from the upper surface of the panel body and is offset from a center of gravity of the panel body toward the first end. The bracket includes an upper fastener configured to attach the ceiling panel to a frame element of a ceiling grid. An angle of the panel body is adjustable with respect to the attachment of the upper fastener of the bracket.

Noise reduction apparatus and method of making and using the same

A noise reduction apparatus can include a frame and multiple spaced apart panels positioned adjacent to each other. Each of the panels or only one of the spaced apart panel elements may have holes therein to receive acoustic waves for absorbing the waves between the panels. The panels can be attached to a frame or other connection structure so that the arrangement of panels can be hung over a work space or positioned in a work space (e.g. in a wall, formed as a partition or wall, included as part of shelving, etc.). The panels can also be incorporated into a light fixture that may hang from a ceiling or be attached to some other type of support (e.g. a table, a base, etc.). The panels can be composed of glass, wood, or other type of material.
