The object of the invention is an 1-profile preform which comprises an outer wall (1) of the first flange and two inner walls (2) of the first flange arranged with respect to the outer wall (1) of the first flange, a first web wall (3) and a second web wall (4) being arranged in a plane parallel with respect to the first web wall (3), an outer wall (5) of the second flange, and two inner walls (6) of the second flange arranged with respect to the outer wall (5) of the second flange, wherein the corresponding walls (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) are arranged with respect to each other while retaining a gap forming a closed empty inner space of an 1-profile preform, and wherein a valve element (7) is arranged on at least one wall (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6). The object of the invention is also an 1-profile manufacturing method with the use of an 1-profile preform.

This publication relates to a tubular transom in particular for temporary structures, such as scaffolding or false work and similar structure, having ends configured to be connected to verticals at node sections arranged at intervals on the verticals. Each end of the transom comprises a fastening device with an integrated profile part, releasably attached to the tubular transom in an opening at the ends of the tubular transom. The transom comprises a first and at least second elongate, parallel and hollow tube elements, interconnected at least at each end by intermediate integrated web plates, rigidly fixed to said at least two tube elements. A contact surface of the opening in the first tube, is transversally arranged relative to one or more web plates. A contact surface of the opening in the second tube is transversally arranged relative to one or more web plates. The opening at the ends of the transom having at least partly a complimentary shape.

The first and second fixing sliding members having protruding portions surround and clamp the plates with the space between the two through holes of the grooves, such that the fixing members pass through the holes of the first fixing sliding member, and the holes of the groove the holes of the second fixing sliding member fix and combine the plates into a whole.
