Machine and method for manufacturing a reinforced net and reinforced net
11623268 · 2023-04-11 · ·

A machine for manufacturing a reinforced net with hexagonal meshes including a plurality of permanently deformable wires, a reinforcing element, and a mechanism for the reciprocal coiling of first wires and second wires in twos. The mechanism has passages for the reinforcing elements, and a feed system for: the first wires, fed in from a plurality of containers mounted on board the machine and provided internally with a predetermined length of the first wires; for part of the second wires, fed in alternately with the first wires, so as to be interwoven therewith in twos in the coiling mechanism; and for the reinforcing elements, fed into the machine. For all the reinforcing elements, a wire receptacle is provided for one of the second wires, the wire receptacle being rotatable around the reinforcing element.

METALLIC SUPPORT FOR RIGGING

This disclosure refers to a metallic support for rigging used in building industry systems, comprising a steel bar provided with “C”-shaped metallic supports welded to it, in order to deliver increased mechanical resistance, leading to easier use and decreasing losses causes by damage during use or transportation.

Reinforced Concrete Structure
20210381238 · 2021-12-09 ·

Reinforced concrete is protected from corrosion without conducting an operation involving exposure of rebar. A reinforced concrete structure is provided with a storage part that is formed inside concrete of the reinforced concrete structure, and that retains an anticorrosion solution. The anticorrosion solution diffuses and permeates through the concrete from the storage part, prevents the concrete in the vicinity of rebar from drying, and passivates the rebar.

Corrosion Prevention Method and Corrosion Prevention Device

To repair reinforced concrete easily and at low cost. An anticorrosion method includes infiltrating an anticorrosion solution held inside concrete of reinforced concrete into a vicinity of a reinforcing bar through the concrete to passivate the reinforcing bar, detecting that the anticorrosion solution is infiltrated to a surface of the concrete, and discharging, after detecting the anticorrosion solution, the anticorrosion solution to outside of the concrete to form an anticorrosive coating on a surface of the reinforcing bar.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEXTURED COATING

A coated article is described, including a substrate with a coating composition applied thereon to provide a coated article with a textured surface. In one aspect, the coated article is a steel rebar used to reinforce concrete. The textured surface provides optimal surface roughness and demonstrates superior pullout strength relative to an uncoated standard.

Corrosion Prevention Method and Corrosion Prevention Device

Reinforced concrete is easily repaired at a low cost. An anti-corrosion method for preventing corrosion of a reinforcing bar inside reinforced concrete includes: an impregnation step of impregnating with water a cracked portion having occurred in the reinforced concrete, and a drying step of removing the water from the cracked portion and forming an anti-corrosive coating on the surface of the reinforcing bar. The anti-corrosive coating is formed by the neutralization of an alkali component by the drying step, the alkali component having been leached from concrete in the cracked portion by the impregnation step.

In a method for cathodically protecting and/or passivating a metal section in an ionically conductive material such as steel reinforcement in concrete or mortar, an impressed current or sacrificial anode is mounted on the metal reinforcing bar by attaching a nut member having a female thread to the metal reinforcing bar by elongate flexible wires attached to the nut member so that the nut member and wires encircle the metal reinforcing bar and rotating a threaded rod member carrying the anode body into the female thread so that a forward end of the rod member engages with a front face of the metal reinforcing bar and pulls on the nut member away from the metal reinforcing bar to tension the wrapping wires.
