REINFORCEMENT POSITIONER WITH CLIP
A system including a reinforcement positioner having a body with a longitudinally-extending spine and a plurality of legs coupled to the spine along a length thereof and at least partially extending away from the spine. The positioner further includes an opening or recess positioned in the body, and a clip configured to be received and retained in the opening or recess.
ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT REBAR CHAIR
An adjustable height rebar chair includes a threaded rebar support column threadably connected to a tripod base, and each consists of a respective one-piece body of molded plastic. A top end of the rebar support column terminates in an adjustment handle that defines first and second concave rebar cradles that are orthogonal to each other. The rebar support column also includes a vertical surface extending from the adjustment handle toward a bottom end of a threaded rod, and the vertical surface has numerical indicia that decrease in magnitude in a direction toward the adjustment handle. A number of the numerical indicia that is located next to a top of the central core corresponds to a distance along a vertical centerline from the three feet of the tripod base to at least one of the first and second concave rebar cradles.

Rebar support chair
A rebar support chair has a housing with first and second opposed boundary walls spaced apart from one another and defining a cavity therebetween, an attachment portion having a seat for supporting rebar, a dampening member, and a force dispersion member inside the cavity. The attachment portion transfers forces between the rebar and housing. The force dispersion member moves in response to vibration of the attachment portion, and movement of the force dispersion member corresponds with compression and decompression of the dampening member. Another rebar support chair has a housing defining a cavity, an attachment portion for supporting rebar, a dampening member, and a force dispersion member in the cavity. The attachment portion transfers forces between the rebar and housing. The force dispersion member moves from a rest position in response to vibration of the attachment portion, and the dampening member biases the force dispersion member toward the rest position.

The positioner further includes an opening or recess positioned in the body, and a clip configured to be received and retained in the opening or recess.
Adjustable concrete reinforcement hanger assembly
An adjustable concrete reinforcement assembly includes a base member having a pair of open ends and an upper axial cavity defined along the length of the base member. A pair of frame members each include a horizontal extending portion and a vertical extending portion in which the horizontal extending portions are sized to engage the upper axial cavity of the base member. A hanger member is disposed at an upper end of the vertical extending portions of each frame member; wherein the frame members are axially movable within the base member to enable a horizontal dimension of the assembly to be selectively adjusted. At least one support is further provided to receive at least one concrete reinforcement member, such as rebar. In at least one version, adjustments can be to the horizontal dimension of the frame and optionally the vertical and horizontal positioning of the hanger members relative to a concrete form.
Rebar spacer
A rebar spacer installed in a rebar crossing portion includes a spacer body and a pair of installation metal fittings. The spacer body includes a main portion and a pair of leg portions integrally formed with the main portion. The pair of leg portions is protrudingly provided with an interval on a rebar-side surface of the main portion. The interval between the pair of leg portions is equal to or larger than a diameter of the rebar and a depth of the pair of leg portions in an installation direction is equal to or less than the diameter of the rebar. Each one of the pair of installation metal fittings has a structure such that one end portion is locked into one of the pair of leg portions and the other end portion is hooked on a back-side rebar.
Apparatus for arranging steel reinforcement prior to a concrete pour
A rebar support comprising: an elongate body have a first plurality of rebar cradles disposed along its length for holding rebars in a first direction; a plurality of chairs located along a back of the elongate body, each of the chairs including at least one cradle for holding steel reinforcement members in a second direction at right angles to the first direction; and first and second complementary engagement formations located at opposed ends of the elongate body for facilitating end-to-end fastening of two or more rebar supports.
