REINFORCEMENT POSITIONER WITH CLIP
A system including a reinforcement positioner having a body with a longitudinally-extending spine and a plurality of legs coupled to the spine along a length thereof and at least partially extending away from the spine. The positioner further includes an opening or recess positioned in the body, and a clip configured to be received and retained in the opening or recess.
Reinforcing Steel Skeletal Framework
A number of modular preformed skeletal steel panels are mounted side by side in a row on a building structure to form a composite panel assembly on the building structure. Each modular preformed skeletal steel panel comprises two mesh layers, namely a bottom mesh layer and a top mesh layer supported spaced-apart in parallel planes by intermediate spacers extending between the layers. The bottom layer has a plurality of spaced-apart outwardly projecting splice bars for interengagement with an adjacent preformed skeletal steel panel in the panel assembly thus facilitating interengagement of the modular preformed skeletal steel panels in the composite panel assembly. Each spacer comprises a cross member engaged with the top layer and having outwardly extending legs at opposite ends of the cross member. A lower end of each leg terminates in a foot which engages with the bottom layer. The cross member, legs and feet are all mutually perpendicular.
Slab bolster with improved connector system
A slab bolster element includes a frame member having a male connector at a first end and a female connector at an opposite second end. The male connector includes a substantially solid insertion body with a surface having a transverse locking groove. The female connector includes a receptacle body configured to receive the insertion body of a complementary male connector, and a resiliently flexible locking tab positioned and configured to resiliently deflect to allow the insertion of the insertion body of another slab bolster element into the receptacle body, and to resiliently engage with the transverse locking groove of the insertion body when the insertion body is received within the receptacle body. The resiliently flexible locking tabs can be oriented any direction to mate with similarly shaped male connectors, and material can be strategically removed from standoffs and connectors to minimize the use of materials.
Concrete form brace with multi-depth rebar positioning
The described Concrete Form Brace With Multi-Depth Rebar Positioning is comprised of opposing attachment members, which secure the brace to the concrete form elements. The attachment members have a first top end, and a second bottom end. The corresponding bottom ends of the attachment members are connected by a spanning element, which spans the width of the concrete form. The attachment members and spanning element are further connected by a plurality of reinforcing struts. Rebar attachment means at multiple vertical depths within the concrete form are integrated or connected to the reinforcing struts to provide rebar securement means at multiple depths within the poured concrete. The preferred embodiment also features vertical spacing between horizontally placed rebar to accommodate “L” shaped vertical rebar placement for applications where vertical rebar is specified.
Adjustable concrete reinforcement hanger assembly
An adjustable concrete reinforcement assembly includes a base member having a pair of open ends and an upper axial cavity defined along the length of the base member. A pair of frame members each include a horizontal extending portion and a vertical extending portion in which the horizontal extending portions are sized to engage the upper axial cavity of the base member. A hanger member is disposed at an upper end of the vertical extending portions of each frame member; wherein the frame members are axially movable within the base member to enable a horizontal dimension of the assembly to be selectively adjusted. At least one support is further provided to receive at least one concrete reinforcement member, such as rebar. In at least one version, adjustments can be to the horizontal dimension of the frame and optionally the vertical and horizontal positioning of the hanger members relative to a concrete form.

SLAB BOLSTER
A slab bolster including a longitudinally-extending spine and a plurality of legs coupled to the opposite sides of the spine and extending away from the spine. The slab bolster has a frangible portion along which the slab bolster is configured to be manually broken to allow the slab bolster to be manually separated into at least two parts.

Apparatus for arranging steel reinforcement prior to a concrete pour
A rebar support comprising: an elongate body have a first plurality of rebar cradles disposed along its length for holding rebars in a first direction; a plurality of chairs located along a back of the elongate body, each of the chairs including at least one cradle for holding steel reinforcement members in a second direction at right angles to the first direction; and first and second complementary engagement formations located at opposed ends of the elongate body for facilitating end-to-end fastening of two or more rebar supports.
