Roof vent cover system
The roof cover vent system comprises a vent sheath, a flange sheath, and a pitched roof. The pitched roof further comprises a roof vent and a roof pitch. The vent sheath attaches to the flange sheath to form a composite prism structure. The roof vent inserts into the composite prism structure formed by the vent sheath and the flange sheath. The composite prism structure formed by the vent sheath and the flange sheath enclose the lateral face and the inferior structures of the roof vent while allowing the roof vent to release gas into the atmosphere. The flange sheath is formed as a prismatic section. The prismatic section is selected such that center axis of the composite prism structure formed by the vent sheath and the flange sheath will remain parallel to the force of gravity while the flange sheath rests flush on the pitched roof.
Roofing Grommet Forming a Seal Between a Roof-Mounted Structure and a Roof
A roof mount assembly mounts a structure to a roof haying a rafter and a substrate supported by the rafter. The roof mount assembly includes a piece of flashing positioned on the substrate. The flashing includes a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface and an aperture extending through the flashing. A fastener extends through the flashing aperture. A bracket is connected to the flashing via the fastener, and the bracket is sized to support at least one roof mounted structure on the roof. A seal is positioned between the flashing aperture and the fastener. The seal is sized to form a water-tight seal with the aperture to inhibit flow of fluid through the aperture. The seal includes a first portion and a second portion, in which the first portion is positioned to abut the flashing first surface and the second portion is positioned to extend through the aperture.

Roof Flashing
A roof flashing having a base and a flexible collar operatively connected thereto is configured to prevent water infiltration around an exhaust pipe extending through a roof. The base includes a flat plate having a connecting mechanism extending upwardly from the plate. The collar includes either a fixed-diameter opening or a multi-diameter opening thereto, wherein the opening is configured to receive and seal against a pipe extending from the roof to which the roof flashing is attached. The collar is fixedly attached to the connecting mechanism of the base.
Roof vent
A roof vent system includes an attic flange member for installing adjacent a roof sheathing inside an attic, a roof skirt coupled to the attic flange and installed on an exterior of a roof, and a roof transition duct having an exterior opening that permits the ingress and egress of air through the roof vent system. The roof transition duct is coupled to the roof skirt and defines an upper end of the roof vent system. A grill is positioned over the exterior opening.
Sealing element and method for producing a sealing element
A sealing element, in particular for sealing a frame element with respect to a building component, having a sandwich structure, including: a metallic primary layer which is creped at least in certain regions to form an elongation reserve of the sealing element; a secondary layer; and a bitumen-including filling layer which is arranged between the primary layer and the secondary layer.
SATELLITE DISH MOUNT DEVICE
A satellite dish mount device for mounting a dish base plate of a satellite dish thereon. The satellite dish mount device includes a flashing attached to a rooftop. The flashing includes a cable receiving member. A base mount block assembly is integrated to the flashing and includes a block member and a top base plate adaptable to mount the dish base plate thereon. The top base plate includes a plurality of first extruded fins and a plurality of second extruded fins. A cable riser assembly enables a cable coupled to the satellite dish to pass via the cable receiving member through the rooftop. The cable riser assembly provides a drip curve arrangement to the cable above the rooftop and between the satellite dish and the strain relief fitting member thereby providing water proof protection to the cable riser assembly and to the rooftop.
Flashing Clips
A flashing clip that provides for securing placement of a flashing material is provided. The flashing clip includes a pair of symmetrical base plates collectively forming a width adjustable base plate having an outer and inner edge opposing each other, a first and second end opposing each other, foldable edge clips along each outer edge, foldable end clips along each first end, a tab extended from each outer edge adjacent the second end, and an aperture opposite each tab, and extending from each second end toward each inner edge, and the inner edges aligned adjacent each other to collectively provide adjustable spacing to partially enclose an object extending from a roof when the base plate is placed thereon, wherein the flashing clip is adjustably attachable via fasteners so that the flashing clip provides for securing placement of a flashing material around an object extended from the roof.
Cantilevered objects
A roof curb supported by an upstanding support curb to support various objects including, but not limited to, screens, architectural screens, catwalks, lighting, speakers, security apparatus, cameras, weather indicators, electronic devices, antennae, sound dampening materials, advertising, and security cages. The roof curb includes a top curb portion and two or more spaced, generally horizontal extending support members which then, in turn, support one or more objects such that no portion of the object(s) comes into contact with the underlying roof.
SYNTHETIC FLASHING MATERIAL
The invention is directed to a synthetic flashing material, to a method of preparing the synthetic flashing material, and to a method for using the synthetic flashing material, and to the use as insulating material. The synthetic flashing material comprises an amount of polymer material of 75 wt. % or more, wherein the content of metals in the synthetic flashing material is 10 wt. % or less.
