Expandable flashing device and system
An expandable flashing device comprises first and second pieces of flashing material that overlap one another with hems or folded edges located on opposite lateral sides of the pieces that hold the pieces together, yet allow the pieces to slide or shift with respect to one another to selectively change the length of the device. In a first stowed position, the pieces overlap one another and in an expanded second position, the pieces may be pulled apart to increase an overall length of the pieces. The maximum length of material that overlaps between the pieces is defined as the overlap range. The overlap range defines the range to which the device can be shortened or lengthened to fit a particular installation. A flashing system and a method of installing flashing are also disclosed.

CHIMNEY FLASHING FABRICATION TOOL
A chimney flashing fabrication tool including a base, a plurality of pivot arms, a plurality of lateral arms, and a plurality of fastener assemblies. The base includes one or more primary slots, the plurality of pivot arms each include a secondary slot, and the plurality of lateral arms each include a connecting slot. The plurality of fastener assemblies are configured to couple each pivot arm to the base via the primary slot and the secondary slot, and each lateral arm to one or more pivot arms via the connecting slots and the secondary slots.

Roof flashing for a pipe or duct
The invention relates to a flashing for a pipe or duct passing through a seamed roof. The flashing comprises a collar at the upper end of which is provided an opening for the pipe or duct, and a substantially flat flange to which the lower end of the collar is joined, which flange is configured to be attached to a portion of a roof, whereby a plane through the upper and lower edges of the opening in the upper end of the collar is set inclined by an angle in a range between 25 and 35 relative to the plane defined by the flange. The opening at the upper end of the collar has an oval or oblong shape, facilitating the use of the flashing at various roof pitch angles without the collar being modified.
