Fascia Trim Joint Locking Device
A fascia trim joint locking device is provided. The device includes a planar base having a pair of adjacent perpendicular planar walls, forming a general L-shape. In another embodiment of the fascia trim joint locking device, the device includes a planar base that is rectangular. In yet another embodiment, the device includes a planar base with an attaching latch. The planar walls include a pair of curved perimeter step-downs and taper downwardly to the opposing width and lengthwise ends of the planar base. At least one of the walls includes a pair of offset mounting apertures. The device can be secured around the bottom corner of fascia trim joint, a lateral fascia trim joint, and a ridge fascia trim joint to lock together the trim joint and prevent movement or separation.
RAKE GUTTER, GUTTER CUTTING EDGE, AND GUTTER & SHINGLE
A combination drip edge, rake flashing, gutter with nail flange that is useful for water harvesting and securing of shingles in adverse weather conditions.
Solar module mounting apparatus with edge to edge waterproofing capabilities
An apparatus is contemplated for creating a structure which simultaneously serves as both a building element and a photovoltaic power source. Components of the invention interface with modules which comprise photovoltaic solar panels. When used collectively, these modules are contemplated as comprising a replacement for a roof or other building component. When the present invention is used, a roof or other building component can be created without the need for a separate underlayment, and without the need for tiles or another outer waterproofing layer. This setup results in power generation, cost savings, and environmental advantages Additionally, embodiments of the invention comprise fixed stop elements which ensure correct placement of modules on a frame assembly. The invention could also include other elements, including water gutters, grab steps which facilitate access, and specially positioned border covers to protect and aesthetically cover wired regions of solar modules.
Rake gutter, gutter cutting edge, and gutter and shingle

Apparatus for Protecting Shingles on a Roof from Inclement Weather Elements
An apparatus includes a plurality of pieces which are able to be removably attached to a plurality of shingles located on an edge of the roof and a protective covering. The apparatus protects the plurality of shingles located on the edge of the roof from the inclement weather elements and prevents the edges of a roof from leaking and shingles from blowing away by providing a wind shield.
WIND PREVENTIVE ROOFING DRIP EDGE STARTER STRIP
Combination drip edge starter strips and methods for using them to prevent wind and moisture damage to the shingles at the edge of a building roof. The devices are used to initiate placement of roofing shingles at the roof edge.
Rake edge
A rake edge for a roof of a building includes a body having a lower portion and an upper portion. A fold is disposed on an inside end of the body. A downwardly extending side shield protrudes orthogonally from the lower portion. A shield edge protrudes outwardly from the side shield at an angle between 5 degrees and 90 degrees from a planar extent of the side shield. A shield edge underlap projects inwardly parallel with the shield edge. A trim portion extends over the upper portion. The trim portion is generally parallel with the upper portion and spaced a predetermined distance therefrom. A trim portion underlap is disposed between the upper portion and the trim portion.
Pultruded trim member
The present invention is an improved method of making cornice assemblies and other trim members utilizing the process of pultrusion. The cornice assemblies and the other trim members made by the method of the present invention exhibit superior strength to weight ratios, low expansion and contraction due to changes in temperature and humidity, as well being less labor intensive to install.
