BUILDING STRUCTURE FOR A MULTI-STORY BUILDING
A structure for a multi-story building comprises a first passageway constructed internally within a building being configured with a mount for a ducted condenser unit (DCU) of a split type, unitary air conditioning system to achieve a desired level of condenser based heat dissipation and with a plurality of penetrations to accommodate a conduit through which refrigerant circulates between inside and outside units of the air conditioning system; and a second passageway constructed internally within the building for receiving air discharged from the DCU the second passageway terminating at an opening of the building through which the discharged air is exhausted to the atmosphere. The passageways have walls that are essentially closed, with the exception of the wall that is formed with an opening through which the discharged air flows. One or both of the first and second passageways upwardly extends across at least two stories of the building.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING THROUGH HOLE IN FLOOR SYSTEM FOR PIPE PENETRATION AND FLOOR SYSTEM USING THE SAME
The present invention provides a method for producing a through hole in a floor system for pipe penetration. The method includes providing a deck system with ridge portions and valley portions; creating a hollow on the deck system; providing a ring with at least one securing ear formed on a perimeter thereof; mounting the ring onto the deck system by jointing the at least one securing ear of the ring and the at least one of the ridge portions such that the ring is fixedly received in the hollow of the deck system; and fixedly receiving a pipe casing in the ring mounted on the deck system, wherein the pipe casing defines a path for the pipe penetration. The method further includes forming a concrete layer on the deck system to obtain a composite slab.

CENTRAL CORE FOR A BUILDING
A prefabricated core for a building with all services already built in. The core serves as: 1. the housing for all the home's mechanical, plumbing and electrical sources, and 2. a major structural support, providing three shear walls to the structure. This invention allows access to all of the services thus allowing for ease of maintenance and avoidance of collateral damage during renovations and remodeling.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL DESIGN HOUSING COMPONENTS
A multifunctional design housing is disclosed. In some examples, the multifunctional design housing includes an outer case with a back wall, a first side wall, and a second side wall. The back wall includes a first back wall edge and a second back wall edge. The first side wall extends forward from the first back wall edge, and the second side wall extends forward from the second back wall edge. The front wall includes a first side wall front edge and a second side wall front edge. A front opening is formed between the first side wall front edge and the second side wall front edge providing access to an interior volume within the outer case. A conduit control arm with a support element is spaced forward from the back wall and coupled to the outer case by a spacing element.
