INSIDE CORNER TRIM PRODUCT
A flexible inside corner trim piece is formed with concave depressions at hinge portions where wings attach to the body. The trim piece can be formed such that wings and a top cap lay flat in plane perpendicular to body or wings and top cap curve at an angle. Hinge portions can be narrow or wide and symmetrical or asymmetrical. The trim piece can be dyed, paintable, or present another decorative surface. The trim piece can include embedded lighting.
MOLDING ASSEMBLY AND FLOOR INSTALLATION
Provided herein is a molding assembly for bridging a gap between floor covering materials, or for finishing an edge of a floor covering material. The molding assembly comprising a molding and a track is configured with a hinge portion to allow tilting of the molding when attached to the track attachment component. Floor installations are also provided herein. The floor installations comprise floor covering materials adjoining respective sides of a gap, and a molding assembly to cover the gap and accommodate any difference in thickness between the respective adjoining floor covering materials.
FINISHING ACCESSORY WITH BACKING STRIP
A framing accessory includes a bead and a backing strip. The bead may comprise a first leg, a second leg, and a lip. The second leg may comprise a plurality of openings. The strip may be attached to the upper surface of the first leg. In some embodiments, the strip may comprise a single layer of material, while in other embodiments, the strip may comprise two or more layers of material. The strip may comprise material having fire resistant, intumescent, and/or sound insulating properties. The finishing accessory may be configured to be installed in a gap at a head of wall joint by positioning the first leg and strip along the top edge of a wallboard panel and the second leg extending vertically downward along the outer surface of the wallboard panel.
WALL PANELING SYSTEM
The present invention provides a wall paneling system that is completely mechanical and does not require the use of adhesives in attaching panels to the walls. The system comprises wall panels having a core with a decorative surface attached to one side and profiled edges that connect to each other by push click, panel connector clips (PCCs) that further connect and secure the interconnecting panels to the walls; and corner moldings for use in paneling adjoining walls meeting at a corner via tongue and groove. The PCCs and corner moldings attach to the walls by mechanical fastening and provide an air space between the walls and the wall panels. Since the wall panels are not directly connected or adhered to the wall, the system allows the panels to be easily replaced by removing and inserting from the PCCs and corner moldings. By using specially adapted bottom seals, seals in the corner moldings and sealant between the panels, the paneling system can be made impermeable to water and is therefore especially useful in area wet areas such as bathrooms.
CROWN ELEMENTS, BASEBOARD ELEMENTS, SPLINES, AND RELATED METHODS
A system comprising a first baseboard element, a second baseboard element, and a spline configured to couple with the first baseboard element and the second baseboard element. Another system comprising a first crown element, a second crown element, and a spline configured to couple with the first crown element and the second crown element. Other embodiments are disclosed herein.
Support for raised floors with shaped base and fixing brackets
A support for raised floors includes a base configured to be rested on the ground, a head on which floor panels can be rested, a lower bracket configured to constrain a riser to the base, and an upper bracket configured to constrain the riser to the head. The lower bracket includes a planar portion configured to be rested on the ground under the planar portion of the base, an end shaped to define a tooth, a raised portion, or a tab configured to be inserted in a corresponding opening or seat defined in the plane portion of the base, which has at least one rectilinear edge tangential to or close to the raised portion.
PROFILE FOR TERRACES AND BALCONIES
A profile for terraces and balconies includes a substantially flat wing for anchoring the profile to the floor of the terraces, a front portion for protection of the external edge of the flooring which protrudes outward with respect thereto, and a first drip lip constituted by a contoured element which extends downward. The first drip lip has, at the lower end, at least one first protrusion and at least one second protrusion, lower than the first, both protruding downward and outward with respect to the front portion. The profile also includes a second drip lip, which is substantially parallel to the first drip lip, extends downward from the wing and includes a third protrusion which protrudes downward and toward the first drip lip.
Profile system for a sanitary facility
A profile system for a sanitary system, such as a floor-level shower, includes at least one profile element and at least one flat and flexible sealing element. The sealing element has a mounting area which, in a non-installed state, is fixed to the profile element by a mounting element. The sealing element includes at least one region overlapping the profile element, the overlapping region being adapted to fix the profile element in its mounting position.
Wall niche kit and related methods
An installation kit for the production of a niche includes a recess element including a rear wall, four side walls and a projecting frame adjoining outward edges of the side walls. At least one of the side walls includes a passage opening formed therein. An insert can be insertable into the passage opening of the side wall on the niche side, the insert defining a recessed receiving space accessible on the niche side of the side wall, the insert including an opening opposing the receiving space. At least one cover can be receivable within the insert to at least partially cover the receiving space, the cover being positionable substantially flush with the side wall.
