An infill adaptor for mounting a screen between upper and lower rails of a balustrade. The upper and lower rails have respective channels which open toward each other. The infill adaptor has a generally L-shaped body with a rail engaging leg extending generally perpendicular to a sash engaging leg. A respective rail engaging leg is mounted in each of the channels for securing an infill adaptor to each rail. The sash engaging leg is secured to the sash of a screen for mounting a screen to the rails.

A rotatable structural bracket includes a top plate for placement in a horizontal rest position on an end of a structural section that has an internal void. The rotatable structural bracket also includes a rotatable extension for placement into the internal void of the structural section. The rotatable extension can be configured as a wedge that is rotatable out from the internal void to angle the top plate at any acute angle relative to the horizontal rest position of the top plate. The top plate and the rotatable extension are of single-piece construction, and the rotatable extension rotates relative to the structural section and internal of the structural section. The rotatable extension also encompasses an opening of the internal void at any acute angle.

The lever is disposed in the channel and comprises a cam head pivotally connected to the body proximate a bottom of the channel and an end configured to move between an open position and a closed position, wherein the end is disposed proximate a top of the channel in the closed position. The cam head comprises a first surface that does not extend into the slot when the end is in the open position and a second surface that extends into the slot when the end is in the closed position. A system and method configured for mounting a panel to a surface are also described.
