The tie device includes a cable tie extending between the A-shaped segments and across the door support channel, and a locking member attached to the cable tie by sliding over the cable tie. The locking member is slidable over the cable tie in one direction only and is lockable on the cable tie to adjust a distance between the cable tie and the bottom section of the frame member.
