Cove base roll dolly
The cove base roll dolly is adapted for use in transporting objects. The cove base roll dolly is adapted for use in the transporting of cove base rolls. The cove base roll is further defined with as a spool of material loaded on the drum of a spool. The cove base roll is adapted for use in the distribution of the cove base. Wherein the cove base roll is distributed by unrolling the material off the spool. The cove base roll dolly receives the cove base roll for use in the distribution of the cove base off the cove base roll. The cove base roll dolly is a wheeled device. The cove base roll dolly further comprises a transport base, a slew bearing, a turntable, and a plurality of casters.
Baseboard Dispensing Assembly
A baseboard dispensing assembly includes a pair of plates including an upper plate and a lower plate. The upper plate is positioned on and attached to the lower plate. The upper and lower plates are rotatable with respect to each other. The upper plate has an upper surface and the lower plate has a lower surface. A securing member is attached to the upper surface and is configured to restrict the coil of the flexible baseboard from sliding off of the upper surface. The upper plate receives a coil of flexible baseboard such that the coil is uncoiled while the securing member retains the coil on the upper plate.
COVING INSTALLATION DEVICE
A coving installation device includes a unitary structure having a first magnetic face, a second magnetic face, and a third magnetic face. The second face is joined with the first face by an arced side. The third face is joined with the second face by a linear side. The third face is joined with the first face by an angled side. The second face is perpendicular to the first face and the third face is perpendicular to the second face. The first, second, and third faces protrude from the arced, linear, and angled sides. A clean room installer using the coving installation device can independently install coving without assistance.
Reusable Trim System
A slot bit for a carpentry system has a first cutting larger head on an end of a shaft of the slot bit to cut a circular portion of a magnifying glass shaped slot via teeth in a face and a circumference thereof and a second annularly adjacent cutting smaller head to cut a handle portion of the magnifying glass shaped slot via circumferential teeth thereof. The disclosed TR'IT Trim Reusable Installation Slot Bit and system simplifies trimming forgoing the need to tape before painting while significantly reducing water intrusion points often associated with the process. The disclosure is uniquely designed to prevent trim replacement during removal/renovations and offers an alternative version ideal for performing external trim tasks.
Systems and methods for fastening a component to a building substrate
Devices and methods for improved installation of trim, such as trim boards, to a building substrate. An alignment device configured for use with a nail gun is sized and shaped to facilitate repeatable and accurate angled nailing of trim boards at a desired nailing angle and height relative to a building substrate. The alignment device is sized and shaped to stably seat within an angle between a trim board and a building substrate such that a nail gun user can repeatedly drive nails at a regular angle and height through the side of the trim board and into the building substrate to nail the trim board to the building substrate without requiring the user to measure and/or visually determine the height and angle at which the nail will be driven. The alignment device includes a spacing section having a length that determines the spacing between the muzzle of the nail gun and the nail entry point, an entry angle section that determines the angle at which the nail will be driven, and an entry location section that determines the height at which the nail will be driven.
Device and method for measuring angles and conveying these measurements to a processing apparatus
The present invention consists of a device (1) suitable for use during molding work for the measurement of at least one angle formed by at least one first surface and at least one second surface and for conveying the angle or angles to cutting equipment for the adjustment of cutting angles. The device is comprised of at least one first arm (2) and at least one second arm (3) which are connected to each other via at least one connecting device (4) and pivotally arranged in relation to each other via at least one first axis of rotation (5) and that the device (1) includes at least one angle indicator (36) with which the mutual angle between the first arm (2) and the second arm (3) is measured. The device (1) includes at least one unit which indicates a part of angle (V), preferably half of the angle (V), between the first arm (2) and the second arm (3) and that this unit is suitable for use in the adjustment of the angle in a cutting machine. The present invention also concerns a method for use of the device.
