ADJUSTABLE STOPPER ASSEMBLY FOR PRESS BRAKE
The present disclosure provides for a reversible and adjustable stopper assembly comprised of an upper frame, L-bracket, connector portion and stopping member. The stopper can be configured to be secured to at least two main types of press brakes. The stopping portion of the stopper is also reversible, allowing for less sheet metal to be inserted into the press brake, if desired. The stopper assembly can be slid in a horizontal manner, relative to the press brake to preserve the measurement of the sheet metal from one end of the press brake to the other.
MORTAR CORRECTION TOOL FOR EVEN INSTALLATION OF ACCENT TILE
An apparatus for applying mortar to a wall or floor surface for accent tiles is disclosed. The apparatus has an elongated first piece comprising a top piece joined with a bottom piece having a plurality of slots that are attachable to a second piece and a third piece. Rulers are positioned on the edges of the pieces. To use, a thickness of accent tile is measured as well as a length or width of accent tile. The user adjusts the positioning of the second piece and the third piece accordingly. Once the components are fastened together, the user applies mortar to a gap between pieces of non-accent tile and scrapes off an amount of mortar that is not needed, leaving behind the correct, smoothed amount of mortar that will allow the measured thickness of the accent tile to fit in between the non-accent tile in an even and level manner.
SURFACE SPATULA
A surface spatula has a frame provided on the surfaces of the gripping parts with a soft, convex covering (3) made of thermoplastic plastic, which is integrally bonded to the substrate on parts of the outer surfaces of the spatial structure of the frame, shaped in the form of a longitudinal profile (1), preferably made of hard engineering plastic, preferably from the group of plastomers, where the spatial structure of the profile (1) is a closed body, internally ribbed, with the same outline along its entire length, where the covering (3), also made in the form of surface elements (27), is present on the outer surfaces of the handgrip (2) and the connector (5), where in the frontal view of the outline of the profile (1) the manual handle (2) is located in the upper part and has a contour (15) similar to an ellipse and which in the lower part is connected with the outline of the connector (5), situated at the bottom part of the tool.
HOOKS FOR TOOLS SUCH AS TROWELS
A trowel having a handle and a blade operably connected to each other, and a hook for securing the trowel to the lip of a container in which the hook includes at least three sections extending generally in the same direction. The first section is positioned a greater distance from the blade than the second and third sections and the second and third sections are spaced apart a distance less than the thickness of the handle. The trowel is secured to the container lip with the first section preferably outside the container and the second and third sections preferably inside the container.
AUTOMATIC CEMENT PLASTERING AND RENDERING SYSTEM AND OPERATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses an automatic cement plastering and rendering system configured on a machine with a slurry supply apparatus and a robot, wherein the system comprises at least one image capture device, a storage, and a processor. Said processer is coupled to the at least one image capture device and the storage, and communicatively connected with the machine.
Concrete finishing assembly
A concrete finishing assembly includes a plurality of rails that each has a guide surface. A plurality of couplers each releasably engages a respective pair of the rails for attaching the respective pair of rails together. In this way the plurality of rails defines a border to surround a shower floor. A cylinder is provided and the cylinder can be inserted into a drain in the shower floor. A trowel unit is provided that has an adjustable length and the trowel unit is attachable to the cylinder. The trowel unit is slidable along the guide surface of the plurality of rails that defines the border. In this way the trowel unit can smooth concrete on the shower floor at a predetermined slope for draining water into the drain.
HAND TOOL WITH HANDLE
The invention pertains to a hand tool with a handle portion and a method for manufacturing the same.
HANDLE ASSEMBLY FOR TROWEL
A handle assembly for a trowel. The handle assembly includes a handle body, and a grip mounted on and surrounding the handle body to provide a grip surface for a user of the trowel. The grip including a plurality of individual rings positioned end-to-end on the handle body. The grip and handle body are shaped and arranged for complementary mating engagement configured to inhibit rotation of the grip relative to the handle body.
Apparatus and methods for ergonomic building tools
The present invention is directed generally to building tools with improved comfort in gripping and/or efficient control that may be used in various manners and orientations. A handle and work object (e.g., trowel blade) may be connected together by a connecting member (or connecting means) that may be a sloped, angled, and/or substantially curved member, so that a user has increased hand orientation options and/or control over the tool while gripping the handle and/or connecting member in various manners and orientations. In various embodiment(s), the connecting member (e.g., a tang for a trowel) may be a relatively gradually and/or notably sloped, angled, and/or curved structure that may reasonably provide a comfortable extension of the handle and augment the gripping of the tool. The various tools may include a handle connecting member having construction whereby a portion of the sides of the handle connecting member are removed. Magnesium may be used.
